This outlet has my heart. The staff are all amazing, it’s clean and calm, and the deals are great. I’m always on a budget, so super thanks to Steve for helping me out. Never a bad experience here, visited 20+ times.

William Sonoma is definitely losing it's charm a bit in general but this is a pretty decent outlet store with some good deals to be had if you come here at the right time.

This has to be the third time I’ve been by and once again, there is an ‘issue’ that has kept us from actually going inside. This time… inventory. Why would you close for this? Virtually all retailers conduct inventory either during working hours or at night, after regular hours. Just don’t know why we couldn’t actually ever shop here, and frankly I’m tired of trying.

I shopped the store 30min prior to closing. I personally felt I was being racially profiled by the manager as it was near closing & I was the only one in the store. I had asked him a question about a product that was easily answered bylooking up the product info on the website yet he said he didn't know the answer & didn't offer to look it up & said there's nothing else I can do. Never going there again!

This store isn’t really that great of a deal. Everything is marked 30% off however most things on their website that are discounted carry the same markdown and you don’t have to go anywhere. I’m sure they are returnable too. I bought a set of knives from here. Ended up with the floor model because they were out of stock on the particular set. They gave me a small addition discount, which made it worth it vs the online shopping. It’s kinda shows discount shopping really isn’t discounted at all. Should have checked online first. Fool me once I guess.
