We’ve taken both of our cars there over the past year for a variety of needs and have always been very pleased with the quality of the work, the integrity of Charlie, and the care they show to get it right. He has gone above and beyond what many others would to make sure they were addressing the real issue. Always thankful to find a mechanic you can trust!

War Hill Tire is a Godsend. Godbless these kids. Just walk right in with a blown out tire or worn out tires.. , and your instantly right at home. Park your car out front because Charlie and his staff are right there at the desk...Immediately Asking how you are.. they have hearts and They treat others like they would want to be treated... these guys are real... its like going to an old friend you knew, and your on their deck talking about old times and he fixes your car while your there....They may be either on the phone for a second but they instantly end that call to help you. They remember you, if you asked for their services before like a friend. Even if its your second visit they remember you and ask how its going since you came in last. Charlie and his crew behind the desk will remember the smalest little details about your last visit. Im not kidding.Its next level., asking how you are, what you need and Ready to help. If it's your first time getting help they will put everything aside and take all information.If it your second visit they will remember you. If you are there for the third time its like seeing family members that have your best interests and its unbelievable. There's no place Like it.

War Hill Tire and Charlie were highly recommended from close friends and some businesses. My dad always took care of car issues for his kids and we NEVER had to worry about being carless nor the repair costs. I am so grateful to have found an honest, trustworthy, and skilled mechanic to turn to when the car stuff goes bad now that my dad is gone. Thank you so much Charlie. Merry Christmas!!

I recently had an experience with Warhill Tire that I feel compelled to share, as it truly exemplifies the kind of service and integrity that seems all too rare these days.After receiving numerous recommendations from long-time residents in our area, my family decided to take our son's car to Warhill Tire for a check-up. Despite our son's diligent efforts in maintaining the vehicle, particularly with regular oil checks, we were faced with a concerning engine knock.Upon arrival, we were greeted by Charlie, the owner of Warhill Tire. His approach to our situation was not only professional but also deeply empathetic. After running a series of diagnostic tests, Charlie concluded that the necessary repairs were beyond the scope of what his garage could handle. This honesty in assessing the situation was the first sign of the integrity that defines Warhill Tire.However, what truly set this experience apart was what happened next. When I inquired about the cost of the diagnostics, Charlie, with genuine concern, insisted that there would be no charge. His reasoning? "This is so sad, and I feel for your son." In a world where every penny counts, encountering such a selfless act of kindness is both rare and heartwarming.It's not just the technical expertise at Warhill Tire that deserves praise; it's the moral character and ethics of the people there, especially Charlie. Traveling from Florida to Tennessee with our fifthwheel when we had a tire monitor alert ⚠️ on pressure loss, tire looked OK outside. I initially thought the worst that the tire maybe separating inside. Not being from around the area I got a recommendation from a local resident that they would only go to War Hill tire. They could not have been more right. Charlie and Adam checked the tire and found that it was just a valve stem leaking by the rim. Minor fix, THANK YOU gentlemen, TOP NOTCH operation, got us back on the road in no time.

I had my husband's car towed here after it broke down on 400. We had taken it to Charlie a couple of weeks prior because it was making weird noises, and we were told we would eventually need a new clutch, but to just keep driving it for awhile because it would be expensive and it wasn't an immediate concern.Once it was there we went in and talked to Charlie and he told us they'd get it took care of. After a week had gone by I had received zero updates on the car so I started calling. Charlie told me the car needed a small part and that he was getting it the next day, and say a little prayer that it fixed everything. I didn't hear anything back so I called again, and was told he wished I hadn't called and that the part was installed and my transmission was fried. He told me I would need a new vehicle.My husband called later when he got off work and was given a completely different response. Charlie said they never touched our car or ordered any parts for it at all, and he had a transmission guy coming to look at it. I was pretty upset to say the least and should have moved the car to a different shop then. We decided to wait...and wait...and wait some more. I called back after a couple of weeks and was told the transmission guy never returned his original call...so he had never even actually spoken with him about our car to begin with. He called while I was on the phone and this person answered but told him he didn't work on manual transmissions. This, again was after weeks of waiting thinking our car was being taken care of. I called around and found someone who would fix my car and called Charlie back to let him know I was moving it. Charlie got upset, he didn't want me to take the car to another place and again told me I really just needed a new car because the transmission would cost too much to fix, AND, he didn't want to get in a rift with another shop...whatever that meant he wouldn't say. I had my car moved anyways. It was not unfixable or even overly expensive to fix. I will never take another vehicle here and I strongly suggest you be very careful using this shop especially if you are a female.
