What a delightful experience I just had in your store!Connie took excellent care of us! She was very knowledgeable about the product and went out of her way to show us every color and pattern in each bag we were interested in.I actually ended up choosing a different style bag than the one I had in mind because Connie pointed out some features that I had not even noticed. She even went to the back to look for a color I wanted to see.In my opinion Customer Service has pretty much gone down the tube today……. But because of you Connie….. not at Vera Bradley!!!Please recognize Connie for her outstanding ability to serve the public!Thank you Connie, See you soon!!

Horrendous quality and non-existent customer service. My wife purchased a beach bag which she never used at the beach until we travelled this year to a Carribean island... The bag facsimile leather (plastic leather) handles started peeling horribly within 24 hours of our arrival. My spouse is very careful with her bags and clothing and was extremely dissapointed to see the fake leather leave black marks on her beach cover-up. Upon our return she learned that defects are not covered beyond 60 days but that she could send the bag at her own expense for evaluation. Stay away from this brand unless you don't care about quality.

We were the only customers in the store, we were not greeted not welcomed. The attitude made me feel unwanted due. Very abrupt attitude, minutes later a white lady walked in and her approach to her was warm and helpful.I have been a long time customer and since it was my Birthday, I always shop here, this was very disappointing on you representative in the store today...at 1pm, October 19.

If I could give them zero stars I would. The people working here know none of the names of Vera Bradley patterns and can’t identify one if you show them the one you want. I also came here after great people at the Mall of Georgia store said they sent multiple boxes of a pattern I wanted to this store and three days before they had called for me to see if they had received the boxes so I could come to the store. That was Wednesday and they said they had received only one of nine boxes. I come Saturday two of the employees don’t even know what pattern I’m talking about so I ask the cashier if they can check their stock and all they do is call one of the other employees on their headset and that employee says they already sold out of everything they’ve received. Well the one that said that is the one that couldn’t even recognize the pattern. They’re just too lazy to actually look anything up and help customers. I was coming to the store to buy at least one of everything they had in that pattern so they just lost out on a big sale for having such terrible customer service and not knowing anything about the brand they’re representing. Go to Mall of Georgia if you want anything from Vera Bradley. At least they know what they’re talking about.
