Most of the people in this store are a little rude, not all. I need to print one printing label on plain white paper. They charged $4 bucks. If you don’t have to use them go somewhere else if we stop paying these ridiculous prices they’ll stop charging them.

I met a person he is rude never go first come first serve. He hold the person ask them to do something in the mean handling few other customer. Its not professional way handle customer. I wont go to this store any more. If i see rating -1 then i can give this to store

I ve been taking packages at this UPS location. For about a year and a half. At first when I started it was great very friendly and they were very helpful. The last few times I’ve been there the kid at the counter had terrible customer service manners very cut and dry if you ask any questions and at times rude, there’s also an older lady there that’s not very nice at times she’s been rude as well neither of them crack a smile The reason I go to this location is because it’s convenient close to work. Even though it’s out of my way I think I’m going to start going to the one on keith Bridge they are very nice and very helpful with a smile on there face always .

Called at least three or four times trying to find out about setting up a private mailbox. Nobody answered at any time (even during the time Google indicated the store was not busy), so I left voicemails requesting a call back. No response. I also left messages via the website. No response. If there are no mailboxes available at the location, a simple return phone call or email would have sufficed.

In this office on Tuesday, March 19, I sent a "very important document." A week has passed and it has still not been delivered to the recipient. I have contacted him on several occasions to demand the location of said document without finding a response. staff informs me that I should just wait, without showing any interest in solving the problem. The document is lost, the last time it was located was in
UPS Customer Center.

I shipped with this company because I thought they were reliable and responsible.

Avoid this UPS at all costs. These holes charge two dollars to tape up your Amazon free return when it says customer boxed I put my product in a box show them what I was returning and then the proceeded to charge me Two dollars for a single piece of tape. I have returned Amazon products All throughout Georgia and Florida and never been asked to tape up a box.

I regularly visit a number of UPS stores up and down 400 to drop off small packages with parts. Too often I have to wait in line what seems to be forever to just drop off a prepaid parcel because there is only one or two associates. I recently started to utilize this UPS store as well as I am doing more business in the area. On each visit the store was well staffed and worked quickly as a team to get people in and out, especially those just dropping off.

The owner helped me transfer a disc to usb and printed over a 150 papers for me. Very polite. They were busy and still took care of my needs. I’ve never had a problem with this store. I do many returns and shipping here.
If you’re nice and polite it comes back. They stay busy and I’ve always had a positive visit. Thank you

By far the worst place for printing/taking photocopies. They find ways to cheat customers. If you ask for printout, they by-default prints water color photo copies and charges extra. You need to clearly specify what you need wether black and white etc. They won’t ask, as they are very busy serving customers. There is one senior representative who does this particularly. I had no other option but to fall prey for this, since there no other printing stores nearby.
