Mary Mingledorff was amazing. The location in Dawsonville off of 53 West has the best employees.
I have been there a few times every time you walk in the door you feel so welcome. I can understand why my parents have been banking with UCB for 30+ years.

I love LOVE my branch of United Community Bank - in (Old Town) Dawsonville, Ga. !! ALL the teller's know my name (and I'm not rich, nor go there often) and they are all so kind and helpful. It's really the BEST banking experience I've had. I lost my debit card on vacation -- they took care of me! I was scammed by someone -- posing from bank, had technology to use the banks phone number to call me -- what a nightmare that COULD have been ... UC protected me and the money stolen from my account!! I LOVE MY UNITED COMMUNITY BANK

United Community Bank is amazing, but Garrett is one of the best people I’ve met, he helps me every time I come in and he really needs a raise for how good of a job he does. I truly think that he needs to become a supervisor.

I've been banking with UCBI since August 2021. They are great. Yesterday, 3/7/2023, I went in to get a new checking account and Garrett was so helpful. He answered every question I had and ran me through everything I needed to know. I feel like I can trust the people up there to take care of me and my money. I would recommend them.

Best to make friends with one of the tellers, I was literally told \"if someone that worked here knew you then we would not have to hold your check\". A check that came from an account I have had multiple checks from. I live in 2023 and do most of my banking online or drive through.
