TLDR: Amazing customer service.
Signed in as my wife but I stopped by earlier today to get a bunch of stuff and before I drove over I called ahead to make sure everything I wanted to buy qualified for the special they were running. They took the time to check it for me and ensured me it would be fine. Drove an hour over to them. Got what I needed, ordered more online with the manager (they still applied the special), realized I made a mistake on one of the in store items and swapped it for the proper size. So I have dealt with them every which way and dealt with four different employees plus one manager, all of them were super friendly and helpful. Great team!

My son forgot his limited edition lakers hat while we were shopping there; I called right away and a gentleman told me he has the hat; I told him I can’t come anytime soon because I am about 45 mn away; he assured me it will be there whenever I can make and he’ll put a note so no one mess with it; two weeks later I drove there and A MANGER A M Y after her and the another male employee whispered to each other with a smile on his face and she told me they don’t have it I explained to her that I called etc… she went to the back for few minutes comes back to tell me they don’t have it; then she pointed to another lady and said this is the store assistant manager M-E-G-A-N who was extremely rude and arrogant and obviously has no customer service skills at all; she never greeted me nor asked what’s going on; this lady with an attitude told me they don’t keep people’s belongings and kept talking and when I asked if she could let me speak and if I can leave my info maybe the guy who had might have placed it somewhere and they can call me if it’s located, she began walking away and SAID NO GO AHEAD AND CALL CORPORATE… great job Asst store manager; way to be a good example for other employees to follow …
