Went into this location at 6 today half the shelves are not stocked asked for rabbit food the manager went back and got me a very expensive brand that I don't buy and the one that I normally get was not there when I told him I didn't want that one he huff and got pissed and asked him were some plastic stairs were he said there were over there on a top shelf somewhere didn't even offer to help us find them.I told the young girl up at the front how we were treated her comment was" he has his moments" need new management at this place poorly stocked and very rude

This company has really gone down hill since they released their stance on certain things. How about just sell feed and stuff to us and stop getting all political.

This store stinks when it comes to curbside pickup. I get an email my order was ready and when I get there and check in no one comes out for 15 minutes. I call the store and the guy says we'll be right out. I even tell him I am out front. 20 minutes later I call again and another guy says they were moving things with the fork lift and will be right out. Another 20 minutes and nothing. I go to leave and I see a red vest and tell him. He tells me to drive around the side. I do that and the guy meets me there and loads me up. This was ridiculous.

Stood at the customer service counter, directly in front of Anthony and Johnathan. Neither of them could even acknowledge the fact someone was standing in front of them. No “one moment” no “we will be right with you” not even a “we are kinda busy talking to each other so let me get someone to help you”
Businesses need to remember that we chose to enter your store. We as customers are not obligated. So I will choose to take my trailer purchasing adventures elsewhere; and the next time I need something on the cheaper side. I’ll find that elsewhere as well.

I cannot believe I never tried a TSC until I was in my late 30s. Oh my, what a store! They have food for pets, gardening supplies, clothes, and a myriad of other items. I love when they have baby chicks too. I want more but my hubby said to get a bigger coop first. LOL The people are usually really friendly and helpful. I've been in here now maybe 20 something times, and only once did I not have a great experience. I would definitely recommend checking the place out if you haven't! Oh, and TSC has some type of rewards program, which is nice, so you can earn coupons over time as you shop there.

TODAY I SPENT OVER $3.000, MOSTLY BECAUSE DUE TO THE TWO EMPLOYEES' WILLINGNESS TO GO UP AND BEYOND WHAT WAS EXPECTED OF THEM. SINCERE THANKS TO THE YOUNG MAN, "JACK". AND TO PHILLIP, WHO WENT WAY OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE A FINAL SALE, TO ME. TWO GOOD MEN, AT DAWSONVILLE TRACTOR SUPPLY. I FOR ONE, APPRECIATE HONEST, HARD WORKING YOUNG PEOPLE. THANK YOU!

4 times I've driven here for propane and errrrrrytime they're out. No sign , just wait for someone to yell out, "we don't have propane"???? Why YYYY? I'm just curious ?

Went I today looking for a a item for my dad. Steering ball. JAM all could he help me and lead me to the item. Extremely polite and courteous. Other auto stores in the area never acknowledged my presence. Great job Jam!!
