I have been bringing my wife's vehicles here for a couple of years. We have had some family that have done the same. Unfortunately, that all ends today.
Over time, service has just gone downhill. Wait times are far longer than advised by staff. If you do leave your vehicle there for the day, it seems like they often forget to call you and tell you when it's done, forcing you to call when he gets close to the end of the day and then they tell you, "yes, it's been done for hours.".
But this latest situation was the end of it for me. I needed new tires for my wife's vehicle and I got a quote a few weeks back l it would be $1,400+ to have four new specific tires, mounting, balancing, and a front end alignment.
We decided to get the tires, so I called and they said they have to be ordered and brought in but that they could be in within the next day or so. However, they would not order them until everything was paid for so I gave a credit card over the phone and paid $1,436. I showed up for my scheduled appointment on that Friday, and after sitting there for about a half an hour, someone came out to tell me that the tires were in fact not there. They would not be there until Monday. I really wish someone could have told me that before I drove there and waited half an hour. It was not possible for me to get it done on Monday because I was heading on a work trip for 2 weeks to Europe, and my wife was out of town for one week, as I was hoping to get the new tires before she drove the vehicle out of state. Nonetheless, things happen, I tried to overlook this, they apologized and I said my wife would just schedule to get the new tires when she came back.
She did, and she went in for her appointment to get the tires done. She was told it would be about an hour and after 2 and 1/2 hours later, they had finished putting the tires on as well as mounting and balancing, but didn't have time to do the alignment so we had to come back for that. Now remember, this was all already paid for.
I make an appointment to come get the alignment today, and it is for 8:00 a.m. I arrived at 7:54 a.m. because I like to be on time because it shows that I'm being respectful for other people's time. This is a business that is scheduling people throughout the day and trying to perform maintenance and a service that can be unpredictable at times so I thought it would be helpful to do my part and be there on time with the vehicle. They asked me if I was going to wait for it, to which I said I would but I asked how long it would take and they said about an hour maybe less. One hour and 45 minutes later, they're finally done with the vehicle and now they want to charge me another $100 for the alignment. I advise that I paid for this already, and the lady behind the desk, (not Brianna who I've dealt with before), just starts shaking her head erratically as if to try and tell me that I am wrong and she just knows better. Whoever this lady is, she's been known by my wife, and my family members who go there, to be rather disrespectful, arrogant, belligerent, and snotty to customers. They could do without her.
After enough arguing, I just wanted to pay and get out of there even though I had the key in my pocket already and had contemplated just driving away. Whoever would have gotten in front of my truck to stop me would have gotten run over, and whoever would have physically tried to stop me would have been sorry. Then the terminal to process credit cards was never plugged in and charged so that died. Now I have to wait around for them to fix this, which was interesting watching them struggle to get it working, meanwhile I am standing there actively praying that God give me the discipline to not just jump in my truck and drive away without paying. Ultimately, I paid but they couldn't produce a receipt because of they ignorance to technology.

We came in mid-morning and Tower said they could likely look at the brakes that afternoon. They were actually able to replace the rotors and pads that afternoon, as well as diagnose a separate issue. They communicated with us by text along the way, and gave a clear explanation of the other issue. We appreciate Tower!

I went to get gas for our 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Straight- 6, to Post a For Sale ad on Facebook Market Place. The Jeep has been setting for a month & the check Engine light came on, (GREAT?!?!). Tower got me right in an analyzed & texted me a quote and asked to proceed with the repairs. It was a couple oxygen censors for the Heater. Got it fixed and just put it on the Market!

Update: we referred a business associate to tower. They diagnosed and fixed the wrong thing. Then they wanted over $1000 to fix the issue my business associate said was the problem. They never test drove it and admitted they made a mistake. We told my business associate Brent would make it right. Well he refused to do anything. Also said “well I’m sorry, but not sure what for”. We WILL NOT continue to take our 4 other cars here. Very disappointing that a small business owner does this. As a small business owner, when a problem arises and something fails, we fix it.
Prior review. We have all 4 of our cars serviced here. Some foreign some not and they have allways been honest and straightforward with us. Prices are fair. We will keep coming back.

I dropped my car off because it would make a humming noise and shut off. The shop called and said all they did was replace the spark plugs for $380 and said I could pick up the car. It was after hrs before I could get there. And then couldn't even make it out of the parking lot. My gears for drive and reverse no longer works. My transmission is only 3 years old and I had ZERO issues with My gears before dropping the car off. Now I am a single mom stuck for 3 hrs the night before Thanksgiving just trying to get home to my kids with no car and no ride home. Uber was under staffed as it is a holiday not their fault. If they fix what ever they did to my gears I will edit this post with a update. 2014 ford escape and now my kids and I will be stuck with no transportation all weekend after they said I could drive the car.

Went to get an oil change and brake light change a Valvoline. They told me that the brake lights had more of a problem than just out and told me to go to a mechanic. Let it be known that they just looked at it and no further inspection. So I went to Tower to get it check out (for $90) knowing my car has had electrical problems with the power windows and steering wheel buttons, so there could potentially be a problem electrically and not just the brake lights out. After waiting 3 hours, Tower ran diagnostics and said they weren’t getting signals to the brake lights and that a part potentially needed to be replaced that would be $500 but they needed to order it. They couldn’t fully do an analysis because they would have to tear out the stereo so they would wait to do that when I came back. So I left and waited for them to call with when I should come back. Turns out, they didn’t not write my phone number down correctly so a week goes by and I call them and they have me come in. They do a further dive into what the problem could be by and check the device they thought would need to be replaced. So after an additional 2 hours of waiting, it turns out that part was fine and they advised that I needed to go a Kia specialist because they didn’t know what the problem was without having to tear my seats and carpet to check wiring and that they would know better. So I went to a Kia specialist and in 15 mins, they told me that my car just needed new brake lights. Now when I go to a mechanic, I would expect them to know whether or not brake lights would need to be changed by simply changing out the lights and testing. Since I’m not a car person and two places (Valvoline who just eyed it up being one) said that it was more than that, I believed them and spent even more money for a third place to tell me it was the problem I thought it was in the first place. The only reason I gave them a two star is because they were nice and did not charge me an inspection fee the second time I went. But I wouldn’t trust them to tell me what was wrong with my car for anything else if they couldn’t determine that just my brake lights needed to be changed. Thank you for reading my book.
