I have never been to this place till today. I had alot of fun. Looking at stuff. Got some good clothes before I went to good will today . But the only thing I didn't like about this place is alot of the clothes I wanted to buy was not on sale. But she told me that changes every week .I wish they had to sales a week today every blue tah was 50 cents. I did walk away with a lot of good finds and they are super sweet there. Will definitely come back

Tried to donate a dresser to them and they said they wouldn’t even come out and look at it or take it because of a small imperfection. I’ve seen items there in worse condition with drawers falling out, legs coming off, washers and dryers that don’t work properly and are out of warranty, and they try to upsell them to line their pockets! They want brand new, unused merchandise in a THRIFT STORE? Won’t be getting my business anymore.

Purchased a “queen” headboard and footboard from Ric-Rac about 2 weeks ago. After putting it together and then trying to set my mattress on it, I have realized that I did not buy a queen but a full headboard and footboard is what was purchased. Rac-Ric mislabeled it. I called today and told them the situation and they said they don’t do refunds. I paid $65 for this and I can’t use it. I’ve bought my fair share of items from this place and I won’t be shopping here again.

This place is great! Super clean, organized and the staff is very friendly. The Place is an amazing organization that helps the community and their thrift stores are top notch. I can't wait to go back and find more treasures!

You honestly never know what kind of cool stuff you're gonna find. They get some really neat donations. You really can't beat their clothing prices either

The Place of Forsyth County is so much better. I do not recommend this place!! The people at this place were rude. They’d rather hold onto a sweater for a whole year (to sell next year) to try to make $5 more than discount it to the advertised sweater price. Just avoid this place. The deals aren’t worth dealing with the people.

I have enjoyed the Ric-rack volunteering. The place is spotless, nice employees and volunteers. Marina is so organized and very friendly. The reason I continue to come back to volunteer is because of Marina's hard work, efficient, organization and has lots of energy! She is a joy to be around. I will bring my teens to this location to help during the summer.

I Tried to donate some dishes and a ninja coffee pot ,I was told they could not use my items to Donate to folks because they were used and they couldn’t make money off them. Completely ridiculous, not everyone can afford new items witch is the point of going to places like this . Iam completely ashamed of this place. I just took it to the goodwill where they were gladly accepted. Do better ric rack. Get back to the real mission and not the $ sigh.

They don’t allow medical expeditions for masks. Sorry some people can’t wear them and are already immune. Disgusting to force an elderly person with a medical exemption to put a mask on. The Atlanta zoo didn’t mind, aquarium didn’t mind, grocery stores don’t mind, because they understand not everyone is the same and it’s not okay to not allow someone access to your business because of their disability. Absolutely disgusting.
