This outfitter goes above and beyond for their customers!! Although I've never physically been to the store, their service online is top notch. I messaged them about an item they had on their website (they were the only outdoor store I could find that hadn't sold out of my size). They got back to me quickly and arranged for the item to be shipped, and they're not even set up to do online shipping!! Next time I'm in GA I'll make sure to go out of my way to stop by.

Amazing service - of course you will pay for it! We had the best kayak salesperson give us great suggestions, then we tried out the kayaks on their indoor pool! Yes, we took home 2 kayaks plus some gear. For $50 they delivered them an hour away!

The employees are very helpful and firendly. I was picking up a kayak and the gentleman helped me get it into my car and secured it very well with the rope and bungee cords that I had brought.

Stopped in on my way home. Glad I didn't drive all the way up there. What a disappointment, very low on stock and no service. I was looking for a new boat and some gear. Walked in, no greeting. Looked at boats, PFDs and skirts. Still nobody. Wasn't busy only 1 other customer, (3 employees) then walked over and looked at backpacks, shoes and cook sets. I wasn't just looking I was picking up and playing with the products. So I looked around to see why nobody was helping me. I guy was helping another customer, the other 2 were sitting at the counter on their phones. I walked over and started looking at kayaks again and reading tags and weight limits. Still nobody. As I was leaving the girl at the counter looked up and "thanks have a good day" To bad They have a great place and could be so much more. But I'll be buying elsewhere

I really love this place, but I feel like it’s really only appealing for smaller outdoor things and kayaks. Also, I’ve gone in a few times after work where they’d tell me they close in five minutes, but the times posted on the door do not match that at all. I love the older staff. If they fixed the times on the website too, it would be nice for those who can really only get there in the evenings.
