Truist is a very busy branch with lots of customers. The employees provide very kind, welcoming, and personable service, handling everything with grace. Staff are very informative, sweet, professional, and a joy to work with, making for a wonderful experience. However, it can be difficult to get in and out of the location. Customers may have to wait a bit for service, and the phone system offers no option to wait for a human. If the branch is closed, wait times to speak to someone nationally can be very long.
Very kind service. Welcoming branch. They are very busy here with lots of customers, and customers are pishy, but these employees handled it all with grace. I had to wait a bit to get into an office to get old statements printed. But she helped me exactly correctly.

Was pleasantly surprised at the intuitive and personable service opening my daughter's account this past week. The lady was a joy to work with and we will be making this our home location since our previous bank had been shuddered. It is worth the extra 15 minutes.
