First time at the Soma store, and it was great! All the staff were kind and welcoming from the start. Alba was extremely nice and helpful to me, just top notch customer service! Meli was also super sweet. While I was there another customer was extremely rude and disrespectful to Alba, and even still Alba treated the undeserving lady with professionalism and respect. It’s like a breath of fresh air when you experience such wonderful customer service, considering it is unfortunately not the norm these days.

I love the clothing here and shop at soma a lot. The only thing I had an issue with is using my reward online this year. I had $15 off but was not allowed to use it.

My first experience here and I'm definitely only shopping here for my bras from now on! Anicka was such a pleasure to work with! She made the entire shopping experience a 10 out of 10! She measured me and turns out I've been buying the wrong size for years!!! Also came when things were 70% off! Cherry on top. I'm definitely a forever customer.

I had June help me with my great aunt they took and they measured her to see exactly what size she wore they were amazing I will go back there for myself it was very clean very nice just you had the best experience there I will go back

I consider this my store and have been treated so very nicely. I primarily online shop and recently called customer service for help with rewards. Spoke with 2 different ladies and am amazed at the friendly, courteous, helpful support I received. So unusual in today's world.Thank you Soma. You are my brand.

I recently had my first ever shopping experience with Soma in Dawsonville, GA. I dread shopping for bras and jeans- I was greeted immediately upon entering Soma by Kelly. I asked if she could do a fitting for me and she said yes. She brought bras to me and checked on me during my time there. I had the best bra shopping experience ever and I have been so pleased with my purchases. Kelly, you're amazing. Thank you for taking such great care of me. Seriously, in a world full of people who work in customer service-- you are a unicorn!✨??
