We've used Pucketts Storage for 2 years and it has been great. 24 hour access...gates are always working, area is clean and neat. We felt very secure and very reasonable.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Their website says 24 hours but they never answer the phone. Tried calling 4 times across 3 hours on Sunday afternoon before 5 pm. Submitted a web request Sunday and got a response Monday morning at 630 am. I was emailing regarding a unit coming available today….i asked about pricing at 730 am via email. Called around 9 am because I hadn’t heard back. Then got an email at 915am (instead of returning my call) with pricing followed by another email at 925am stating that a worker there had decided to rent it, so it’s not available anymore.

We have rented a unit here for a couple of years. We discovered recently that rats had made their way into our unit and they completely destroyed all of our Christmas decorations as well as over $1000 in handbags. When we contacted to owner to see what they were going to do about it, their response was for us to buy rat poison and put it in our unit. Isn't one the basic requirements of owning a storage facility to keep it rodent free?? The owner failed to do this, will not reimburse us for damages, and is literally too lazy for handle the problem. Needless to say we will be finding another storage facility very soon.

I recently moved out of a unit that I had rented for over three years. Throughout that period the grounds and the units were secure and well maintained. Nothing in the unit was damaged. The staff was always professional, friendly and courteous. I would use them again.

I recently rented a unit for over a year. The owners are great and easy to deal with, and the unit was clean and always stayed dry. I would definitely rent a unit from them again.

I currently have a storage building here at 10 by 10 and I've had great experiences the price is very reasonable and it's private and hard to get into you so really you're very secure leaving your things here and the owner is very nice and will work with you if you communicate with him I would recommend it
