Had to take my watch back in for the battery to be replaced. It had died in less than two years. My Timex last longer than that. So we are trying to see if they fix it. The young lady explained she has not much success in replacing the battery but she will try. Told me the manager is in the back needless to say at this point they have not come out to see me about this issue. Also told me they have a watch repair up the mall area that takes care of the repairs if they can not accomplish this. Also I may have to wait 20 minutes till the Assistance Manager comes in to fix the watch. So the manager walks out to the lobby and never greets me to see how things are going. Eventually the lady was able to fix it and did not charge me. I was very happy for that. Hopefully this battery will last a lot longer.

On May 9, 2021, I visited the Movado Store in Dawsonville. We (myself, my husband and four children) walked in and was greeted immediately by David. The other two females did not speak nor did they move from their position. David welcomed us to the store and said if there was anything he could show us let him know. David moved around the different show cases as I made selections and trying on watches to see which one I wanted. David said “I have a watch to match your ring”. When David pulled the Ebel Beluga Diamond Bezel watch out and I put it on, my husband said that’s the one.To the shock of the females associates, I said please wrap it up. I over heard one of the females associates ask David, “is she getting it?” David responded with a big smile, yes she is! From the moment we entered the store, David offered Extraordinary customer service!! David clearly understands customers rarely come in to make purchases. It’s the customer service that sells the product!!!

ONE WORD: Excellent!Made a visit to my absolute favorite Movado store. I truly enjoyed shopping there with, Tony, my new friend in the timepiece business. The Sales Manager, Tony, knows his timepieces. They carry something for everyone and every occasion. The select was vast... Movado, Ebel, Tommy Hilfiger, Coach and much more!I was there to shop for a gift. Tony helped me to find the perfect watch. The store was super clean and all of the staff were friendly too. I had a wonderful experience!I might have even found a gift for me also... LOL - thanks Tony and my favorite Movado store for Excellence all around!If you are looking for a quality timepiece or that perfect gift... make the trip, ask for Tony ... you will be glad you did!

Today my husband and I purchased Movado watches from the Movado store at North Georgia Premium Outlet in Dawnsonville GA. David was terrific! He was very professional, personable and friendly. He was knowledgeable about the watches we purchased. Overall we had excellent service and we will be coming back in the near future. I highly recommend visiting this store location.

I enjoy shopping here! The NEW Manager has made a HUGE difference! (Thank you, Movado Corporate!) It's amazing how either mistreated or untreated customers can be, even though willing to part with hard earned money. I've always said: people like to buy from people they like to buy from. In the case of this well-managed retail outlet, both the new manager and the entire staff employ empathy, product knowledge and willingness to help in the buying experience. No pressure, no hard 'close' tactics, just eagerness to assist. I like that, but more than that, I like to buy from these professionals!GREAT PRODUCTS + GREAT PEOPLE = Happy Customers. Count me among them.

Ellen is the Best!!! My Spouse & I have purchased about 8 Time Pieces from her. She didn’t judge us when we came into the store & provided excellent customer service. She was also very patient with us and located the watches were had been looking for. We have our eyes on about 5 more pieces...We’ll be back to see only U. Thank U So Much...From the Both of Us!!! The young white salesman at this location was very very rude to my wife assuming we didn't have money to purchase when her info is in your system for numerous high end purchases at this location as well as saks! His snappy attitude and rude behavior caused us to wait and take our purchase online. Mr Toney is awesome and the young lady who I believe was new there made a substantial sale from my niece and those are the reasons we will visit you. You should realize though if you are a black person the young man employed there will assume you are too poor to assist and will not want to give you service it enraged me and put my wife in a place I do plan on contacting corporate as well. So young man with the bowtie that didn't want to assist when we came you should change your tone and mannerism you do not know where your next commission will come from. Btw she was wearing vintage Gucci when she came in.
