I mostly buy lucky brand jeans. Bought a jeans sometime in June 2024 and it’s been hardly a month and the jeans has a tear where the legs meet. I am shocked and surprised on the quality of lucky jeans and may be time to change brand. I called the shop and got a standard answer nothing can be done please contact customer support and tried many times to contact customer support and the phone just gets cut. Lucky brand and this outlet for sure has lost a customer.

I decided to go shopping here because i needed a couple pairs of long pants since the weather has been so cold. I was in a depressed mood because i have a very hard time finding pants that fit . I have a large butt, skinny calves, and a bit of fat that likes to hang over the waist line. As i tried on clothes i got discouraged seeing myself in the mirror. One of the nice girls that work there asked me if i needed any help or another size. i opened the dressing room curtain and showed her how horrible i looked in the pants. I was crying . She was very nice and made me feel better by suggesting a different style of pants and by reassuring me that we would find something that i would feel comfortable in. All the girls that worked in the store started bringing me things to try on and were honest by letting me know what looked flattering on me. I ended up finding a lot of things that i feel beautiful in . One pair of the jeans even makes my malproportioned legs look great. I am thankful for all the girls help and i feel like we are all friends now. I will be back for sure !!

Not sure what Tuthill review is speaking about. Had to make an exchange today and managers were extremely kind and helpful. Came to leave them a great review for their customer service and spotted that. Just a reminder that if you have to leave a public store to “cool down” over what 1000% is a corporate policy, then you are the problem bud. Great store, wonderfully sweet employees. A shame a few customers have to be so out of touch and entitled. Keep up the great work yall! And Tuthill either learn to treat people right or just keep getting kicked out of places because of your poor and pathetic behavior! ??

My husband went to make a timely exchange on Friday (2/2/2024) afternoon. He was denied an exchange and a refund, even though we were still within the timeframe as per the company’s return policy. My husband worked in retail for a number of years and was just dismayed at how he was treated. The receipt also showed that we spent almost $300 the day we purchased my dad’s jeans. He went out to the parking lot to cool down and thought maybe the manager did not understand the request. So he called her and asked her did she understand that his receipt was timely, and he was simply looking for an exchange for a pair of jeans that still had the tags on them, and had never been worn. She told him that she would not exchange them and that she would call the police if he contacted her again for harassment. She acted very foolishly, was super rude and certainly shouldn’t be in leadership. If this is what you can down, we won’t be spending any more money at Lucky.

I was so excited I finally found jeans that fit!! Yeah an until I put them on to wear them and the button snapped off. I wasn’t told I couldn’t exchange without a receipt - why should I keep a receipt when I found the perfect fit??? I still had the rages but Because “others steal and try & return them” was the reason- so myself a customer who paid in full for everything she bought —cannot make exchange for a defective pair of jeans.There is no other recourse because the only customer service help they can offer only works for online orders so I’m out of money and the perfect jeans. What has customer service come to do - when there isn’t any?? When did companies stop standing behind their product?Don’t shop at Dawsonville Lucky store - there’s so much thievery going on that an honest customer can’t exchange defective item

Tried EXCHANGE a Christmas gift. Did not want money back just the tops exchanged for different size. Store staff refused exchange for I didn't have the receipt. I have shopped at Lucky Brand in past at Dawsonville store. Will do my shopping elsewhere.

Website says open M-F at 10AM. Arrived at 10AM and there was a paper taped to the door…”Temporary Store Hours 11AM - 7PM.Waited until 11AM and nobody showed up to open store. Then at 11:30 some poor guy showed up and said they were opening at 12:00 because it’s Columbus Day.Nice job Lucky Brands.

I only wear Lucky brand jeans and this is the best place to shop! Ally, I hope I spelled her name correctly, is awesome and super helpful. Highly recommend this location for Lucky brand merchandise.
