The store is very clean, more than expected from a grocery store, and their coupons and sales provide good value. Many customers can find everything needed there. However, some experiences are below par. There are reports of surprising customer service issues, including lackadaisical responses in departments like the flower shop. The shopping carts are frequently cited as the worst, requiring multiple attempts to find a good one. Despite this, the grocery pickup service is noted as the best, with fast, friendly and very helpful staff.

The sushi chef(Jacky) was so kind and helpful, made our sushi as we requested it, and it was noticeable that all the people working at the sushi stand were very hard-working and diligent workers. 10/10 service and 10/10 sushi😋
