On multiple occasions 'Courtney' in the pharmacy has been rude and generally I'll-tempered to not only myself, but others waiting patiently once they reach the counter. Doling out medication/advice takes a certain type of empathy she clearly lacks. Management: some individuals are just not capable of dealing with the public in fast-paced environments. Employees with personality disorders are better suited with a broom in the warehouse, not customer facing roles.

I must say right off the bat, I've never really been a fan of Kroger. Since they opened this location a few years ago, I do come here from time to time. The store has almost everything you could ever need or want. The only draw back is it's so big, you get lost looking for that one or two items you came in for and spend way too much time in there. The food court is nice with a wide variety of different types of cooked meals to choose from. They should install "you are here" maps throughout the store and designated areas for shoppers to stop and talk to each other without blocking the aisles.

The prescription phone number with voice recognition is horrible. Trying to make it understand plain English usually raises my blood pressure. If you finally get it to understand your prescription number, it says "12345678 right?" If you respond with "right", it does not understand. It is apparently expecting you to say "yes", not "right".

Clean, well stocked, helpful employees, what more could you want!? A clean bathroom, that would have been cool. I docked a star for that. We are staying at a nearby lake house for the week and visited a few times. I like Kroger as I grew up in MI and that was my main grocery store for yrs. I was happy to visit one here in GA. I love their rewards program! It's April of 2021 and some people, me included, are wearing masks. Other customers have either been vaccinated and think they're immune or they're... ... whatev, you do you!

My favorite thing about going to Kroger market place in Dawsonville is getting in the line where Anna is the checker. She’s a Brit. I search her out every time I go. She has a wonderful outlook on life and is a wonderful human being. She makes a difference in my world every time I am in her line.

This best is by far the BEST Grocery Store in all of Dawsonville. Been shopping there since 2018. Friendly Atmosphere. Very Helpful Associates. It's Better Than Any Walmart out there. I'd rather shop here than anywhere else to get my essential's. I like the selections of Meats, Dairy, Frozen Veggies, Snacks, Can Goods & ETC. I Wish We Had A Kroger's In Dahlonega lol. I don't mind making the extra miles to the one in Dawsonville or Gainesville.

I was super excited when this Kroger opened and made it my go to grocery store, however I have become progressively disenchanted with it. Their initial response to covid was inept with sanitizers although they improved. Some of the product placement is bizarre(paper towels and napkins being different areas, snacks in different places, etc). Even after shopping there for quite awhile I still struggle finding things, and not because of its size. For such a large store their selection is very average. They seem more intent on selling clothes than groceries. Obviously a bigger markup on clothes because they are constantly pushing clothes sales. The stores out of stocks have always been high and seem to be getting worse. Tried to get frozen peas three times in the last 10 days. Kroger brand out every time and they had no frozen peas at all once. Cart corrals frequently packed full, especially on the weekends. Been a loyal shopper because of price and convenience, but seriously reevaluating my choices.

I placed my order for pickup at 9am this morning to be picked up between 6pm-7pm. I received a call at 5pm asking me to arrive at 7pm because the order was not ready. I arrived at 7pm and waited one hour and 15 minutes . I phoned the store after 45 minutes and was told several called and had the same complaints and the manager would come out to speak with me. The manager didn't come out. There are only 2 associates working the department. 10 items including toilet paper, water, cat litter, ham sandwich meat couldn't be substituted.

Will not be shopping, or recommending Kroger, specifically the Kroger in Dawsonville, GA to anyone! My wife just sat for 2 hours in the click list parking spot for almost 2 hours, trapped. My wife called the number to let them know she was there twice, they told her they were just putting her order together and would be right out. 2 hours later, they finally brought her groceries out to the car. No explanation for the delay, as she watched other cars come and go. My wife

This Kroger is very spacious and clean. However, to me, it wasn't a friendly shopping experience. The employees seem distant like they didn't want to help. Even leaving, normally someone will say thanks for coming but that didn't happen. Or maybe that I was one of the very few minorities in there in what seems to be a nearly white town. I stopped there after shopping at the nearby outlets. Never going to stop here again.

I have been very disappointed by this Kroger on numerous occasions. They do not keep an adequate inventory. I have used click list many times where they have not had the items I ordered or simply do not give them to me and charge anyway. I have recently made a very large purchase through click list hoping things had changed. They did not give me a receipt. They promised they would email it, but almost a week later I have not received it. I did not get several expensive items, but the full price came out of my bank account. I have reached out via their website and called the store. I have still not heard back from anyone. I have let things slide before because I believe in second chances, but this Kroger just can’t seem to get it together. I doubt I will be back. I have been shopping at Kroger for years and this is just too much.

Go early in the morning to avoid crowds (COVID-19). Full cart 230.00 not a single cashier line open. Asked if a line could be open and got a rude response. Took me 30 mins to check-out bc the system kept having problems. Attendant stood 2 ft behind me the entire time, so much for distancing. Watched person after person with full carts frustrated and angry trying to check-out yet no line open. This store does so much business and yet they can't open one line early in the morning. This is one of the many reasons I go to Publix.
