Poor management and scheduling. This place used to be good but not anymore. Over booking of appointments 3 hour wait because only 2 service techs. I was asked 3 times my name and type of truck. When I pointed this out, manager gave me my keys back without servicing my vehicle. Wasted 3 hours of my day. Only went in for tire rotation (Tires bought at Mavis) and oil change. As a result, the tires that I bought at Mavis did not get rotated which comes free with the purchase. I'm looking for reimbursement from Mavis. This entire event could have been avoided if the manager had told me from the beginning that they really didn't have time that day. I would have gladly rescheduled. But no, he kept telling me your next, and 30 more minutes and well get to it soon. It's sickening that people are so use to lying that they really don't know how to tell the truth. Kind of make a person wonder to what extent will they lie?

After buying two sets of tires from this place, I took it there because the tire was losing air. They seem pretty honest, but they told me the tire had been running low for a while and needed to be replaced. I didn’t think so So they put air in it It said I could try somewhere else so I did the new tire store show me where a nail was in it and fixed it? I can’t believe that Mas after buying two sets of four tires from them wanted to sell me a new tire and not fix the one I guess I need to find a new tire store.

Will never buy tires from Mavis agian. Had tire with slow leak on two different occasions and went to Mavis and was told I needed appointment and would have to could back later in week. Bought tires from Mavis.
Went to another local tire place and they repaired tire immediately. 2nd time went to Walmart and they took my truck in to repair tire within 30 minutes.
Mavis will never see me again in one of their stores!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very poor customer service!!!!!!

Shoutout to Crystal and Randy, woke up this morning to my boyfriend’s tire completely flat and not able to be plugged. He brought it up to mavis hoping they could help us and they were excellent!! Got it fixed in less than a couple hours! So thankful since tomorrow is Labor Day and many places may be closed!

Made an appointment on 8/23 for 8/28. Showed up for my appointment and they tell me, the tire I ordered was discontinued and the replacement tire they didn't have in stock. Think a call would've been nice before I drove an hour.

I made an appointment last Friday to come in Monday at 10. They had no record of it. Set an appointment for ten o'clock on tuesday. Get to get my truck in to the until 1125 then did not have the tools to remove the lugs. Wasted three hours of my day to get nothing.Done here

Best customer service! I was kept informed throughout process of figuring out what was needed for my Camaro. It was done in a timely manner,as opposed to if I had gone to dealership across road. They would of kept it a week! I will take all my vehicles to this Mavis location. The manager and his employees made this trip to fix car easy,and stress free. Thank you again.

Poor,very slow service. Had appointment for 8am to have new tires put on. I was the first customer in at 8am. Employees standing around,talking and doing everything except working for an hour.. Finally got my car in and started on it at 9:15.Employees at this location do not care about customers time. My last time going to Mavis .

Don't bother. Made an appointment for 8am. Arrived when they unlocked the doors. Arranged for an Oil Change and a tire Balance. Came back 1 hour 15 later. CAR NOT ON THE RACK YET. Waited another half hour to tell me they could not do the tire rotation...which I did not ask for. Finally get "done". No tires balanced. I signed up for a synthetic blend oil change...they did a full and charged me for it. 3 hours FOR AN OIL CHANGE. Don't waste your time here.
