I have purchased several vehicles from here over the years. I take my vehicle to get oil changes. Usually gets done in a very timely manner, however yesterday took 2.5 hours. They need more help or don't schedule so many people. Yes they were busy. Not complaining just more of a heads up.

The sales department was amazing ben went above and beyond to help me out. The Service department on the other hand what a joke. I bought my car with 38 miles on it at 600 Mi the lower end of the motor started making noise I called to make an appointment and request a loaner vehicle they told me no problem come on in I call the morning of the appointment no loaner vehicles available. They told they would give me a call when one was available 3 weeks go by no call so I called back in with now 1,100 miles on the car noise from the motor happing more often was told they would give me a call back as soon as they had a loaner car. 2 weeks more now 1,800 miles still no loaner vehicle now getting notifications on my Chevy app telling me I have several problems including engine and transmission saying i need to make service appointment at this point I guess I'm going to let it go until the motor blows

PLACE LET SOMEONE ELSE TAKE MY CAR OFF THE LOT Came in and described what all needs to be worked on and left but All it takes is for someone else to order a tow truck, Call in and say "the owner said we can take it" and this idiot service writer Casey will give em the keys no questions asked and doesn't even think its a good idea to let you the owner know about it

All my experiences with this service center have been outstanding. When they detected a problem they determined it was from a recall and the service was free. Bought my last two trucks from them. Can't say enough good things about all my dealings with these folks!

Took my husband's truck in and received great service. So much better than the Ford dealership down the road that I have to deal with. ? Kinda jealous ?
