Excellent Customer Service provided by Leena Mithani..not only was she friendly, but very tentative to the item I was looking for. Make sure you ask for Leena at the Gucci Dawsonville Outlet. She is the"Best" Thank you for making my shopping experience well worth the drive up there.

I went to the store looking for 1 specific bag. They had it! But the collection that they had was so good that I purchased four bags and my friend purchased four as well. A combination of bags and accessories Areleth helped us but the other staff members like Leena were also helping where they could. We were in the store for some time debating & deciding. All in all happy with the purchases & the shopping experience.
Many times these luxury stores judge the folks coming in to shop based on appearance. Who dresses up to fouled shopping? lol. Glad Gucci didn’t treat us badly. Thanks team!

I hate to give 3 stars because the sales associates there especially Leena are phenomenal....HOWEVER the older, tall male security/doorman is rude, racist, and should not be representing the brand. Everytime we come in which is several times a month he starts off poorly what is otherwise a lovely shopping experience. It's shameful.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Leena at the Gucci outlet store. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and nice. Leena went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. Even got me new items in the back. So I didn’t have to purchase anything on the floor opened. My family and I were in town from Franklin TN visiting and decided to swing by Gucci store. Leena helped us with all of our needs in the store, she told us what looked good on us, and the best sizes for us! She went over and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Leena was so nice and helpful we drove and hour back the next day from Atlanta to spend some more money with her. She didn't forget us and once again she treated us like she had known us forever. When we finished shopping she gave us all a hug and told us how much she appreciated our business, and to come back and see her. We will definitely do more business with her!
