In the day of today I donated bags with clothes and a box with clothes too, on accident I gave them the my box that wasn’t meant to be donated and it hasn’t even passed two hours and I went back to goodwill explaining that I gave a box that wasn’t supposed to be donated, they didn’t even try to look for my box and they simply just said they couldn’t give me the box when they didn’t even try to look for it. And made an excuse that they dumped everything in a container. I did not appreciate their attitude it sucked.

They want things for free but wouldnt let me borrow a hand truck so I had to unload by hand . Very rude and didn’t help

I went to return two tops( they were too big) last night after I got off work. I purchased it on Sunday from another goodwill. Since the dressing rooms are no longer in use, and this is their policy to return within 7 days. I was told by the cashier that I would have to return it to the store that I bought it from. I was surprised by her response, I had the tags still on the tops and the receipt. Generally if you buy from a store of any sort that company will refund or exchange with no questions ask as long as you have a receipt and it is in the orginal package. Not a happy customer!

Great selection of clothing and decor. Standard Goodwill layout. Bathrooms were filthy- please address.

I purchase storage units for a living so I regularly make huge donations to Goodwill stores all over Georgia. This store is by far the worst. I took a trailer load of items to them which were all sealed in plastic bins. On the way there a little mist got on the outside of the containers from some water that was on the roadway. One guy started unloading the bins but then told me he had to refuse the rest because of the mist. I offered to remove the items from the bins because nothing inside the bins was wet. This extremely rude manager told to me he's not going to take the rest of my donations. I said fine and asked if I could have a receipt for the things they had taken. They refused to give me a receipt and also refused to give me my items back! So beware if you try to donate at this store.

Big store and very busy. Tons of clothes and a fair amount of furniture. Store was pretty clean and the staff was friendly.

This might be the best GW ever! Reasonable prices, tons of selection, good lighting and a super sharp store manager named Tabitha kept a long line moving so fast you would swear you were at Aldi! 5 Stars!

Upon entering the fitting room with my stroller… a lady yells at me from a distance that the fitting rooms are closed and etc. I apologized and got out. But then thought about her poor approach. It was highly unnecessary for her to call out and put me on the spot with people around me staring. She should have politely approached me and let me know. I wanted to find her afterwards and explain how she was really rude. Also, her tone… I mean I’m not a difficult person, but please don’t put other people on the spot who pay so you can get paid. No need to scold strangers. Scold your kids but not grown adults at your job. Thanks!

There is always a very long wait to check out here because of having 1 cash register open only. A few times the shelves have looked very bare. Not the cleanest place to shop if I'm honest.
