The woman at the front with the labret piercing was incredibly rude and followed my friends and I around until we had decided that we no longer wanted to spend money in this business. Maybe if she spent less time profiling and more time actually helping the customer, the rating in this place would be higher than a 3.

Had the worst experience with the lady whose eyeliner was all over her face, had an attitude AS SOON AS WE WALKED in. Ma’am don’t work there if you hate your job that much. Embarrassing for your company honestly. Will never be back.

Bought a $200 toy there. Pulled it out of the box at home, tested the suction on my hand and it did not work. They said to go to manufacturer for refund, manufacturer said go to store for refund. Now I've got a $200 useless piece of plastic and silicone.

Customer service is good, and they are very friendly. Shop is nice and clean and in a good area. Prices seem a little high and not as much in store inventory has one would hope. Definitely need to step it up a little since this is the only store of this kind in the area.

Was honestly shocked at the lack of variety of items. They had a few of each but not much of a selection, the facility is pretty large but half of it is used for DVDs. I had no clue people still bought/rented them. Also the cashier spent the entire time standing at the counter watching my every move. Made it a very uncomfortable shopping experience.EDIT: it may be beneficial for you to have the CRS agent standing at the counter ready to help, HOWEVER I was the only person in the store and she asked me more than once if I needed help. With the type of store you run people feel less comfortable with people hovering over their shoulders, I've worked in Customer Service and Retail for years. I would not want my customers to feel uncomfortable while they shop. It was not the lack of items because of stocking or an ice storm, you simply do not have that large of a selection and that is fine. For some people your store works great for others it doesn't. No need for excuses it just is what it is.

They have got the hottest women working there. They're always so helpful and available to give you a hand. And they really know their stuff too. Woody and me we're very impressed. Damn this autocorrect stuff

Overall not bad.. only down sides are that the employees stare you down while you look around. And there's not a big selection of stuff. But they do have very cute "goodie bags" and it over all does get the job done.
