Very knowledgeable with her fragrance and had a great experience selecting the 2 fragrances we bought. They had a very good selection and will definitely return to get another fragrance she showed us.

Horrible attitude by manager lady towards the employee. We were about to buy because of the salesman Bryan, but the manager lady was shouting at him for offering discount. Manger seriously needs training and advice not to show attitude infront of customer towards employees. store needs people like Bryan. She asked him to clock out. First in a life experience. Feeling bad for employee, but he was so coo!!. Never going back to that store. .

You can't browse the store because they immediately want you to buy something and push you to buying. If you end up buying just know YOU DONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK they'll treat you like crap as soon as they see you walk in with their bag or a return VERY different from when you're buying like completely opposite they'll talk to you very rudely and talk over you and act as if they actually told you about their return policy when in fact they don't they want a sale so bad they don't tell you a thing about the return policy and you end up losing your money so I suggest you dont even walk in this store unless you intend to buy something you'll never want to return as in walk in there with that mentality bcuz they wont let you browse whatsoever or return just plain horrible place and the manager has the worst attitude of the place lil girl could be younger than me

They gave me a different version of the perfume tha I tested. Went back home and realized the difference after I open the box. The next day visited them again and they took no responsibility and blamed me that I had to check it before I open it. They offered me 5% used same size tester and did neither a discount nor an apology.I have brand new tester yay(!)

Do yourself a favor and go to the other fragrance store at this mall. After I said "Thank you, have a good day" the owners could not bother to say goodbye or thank you or anything at all after I completed a refund. And if you need to return something, be sure you do it before 7 days or they will keep your money and offer store credit.

Nice selection to choose from! The young man was very accomodating while I wanted to smell a few that I havent before. The sale definitely encouraged me to buy more. As a perfume junkie, I am glad I ran into this place.

I love the place I definitely recommend getting all fragrances there, they have all the ones you will be looking for. Great customer service too and the saleswoman(Sara) that was there when I went is one of the best people I have ever met. I am amazed at the great prices and deals of fragrances there. Best shop I’ve been in, most definitely a 5 star.

Great customer service. I purchased perfume but once I returned home and opened the box. Perfume bottle was empty and bottle was warped. I called customer service and new bottle was mail to me within 3 days. Will be purchasing again. Love the prices and selections.

While Saira gave exceptional customer service, the fragrances are extremely low quality and have very little scent.Whether sprayed on clothes or skin, the scent fades before you leave the room.Be sure not to accept the tester that is not for resale even with the discount. Waste of time and money.
