I was given a quote number two days ago, called today to make an appointment regarding said quote number and was told by Marshall that the quote number was not relevant and I needed tire size numbers. So, the quote number is useless? Doesn't make sense. I then tried to call Marshall back with the tire size, and he hung up on me three times, purposely. Went across the street to discount tires and was easily treated with respect. Don't appreciate poor service from Marshall,

Tightened oil filter too tight resulting in stripped housing to cause a leaf they refused to own up to their mistake.... I took to mechanic and this is what they said happened and I asked if it was in relations to getting oil changed day before .... I had no oil leaks in driveway prior to service ....if I could give less stars I would ... I took it back to ask what they could do to make it right and a Andrew service manager told be he was about to lose his cools with my which sounded like a threat. I never raised my voice at him just want a solution to this problem. Do not take ur car here with these unexperienced technicians.

I have had previous experiences here (engine work, bought tires)which is why I decided to go today. Simply had an under inflated tire and the associate checked/reinflated all my tires. For free! There are good people left in the world.

A spur of the moment decision I decided to get an oil change. I Googled the nearest location for I was in Dawsonville for an appointment. I was able to pull in right away. Mike was my technician, he was very professional and patient (as this is not my usual task) while I texted my husband for the needs required for our vehicle. I asked a few questions out of the scope of oil changes and Mike was kind enough to listen offer advise on another issue I had with my vehicle. I highly recommend this location and Mike!!

I’ve been going to them for the last year with mine & my husband’s vehicles, I’ve never had a bad experience even when my oil was leaking they were kind and made their recommendations but didn’t push. I just bought a new to me car and wanted to change the oil so I took it there and as always everyone was so kind & patient. Especially Mike who I had today, I do not know this car yet and he was awesome. He seemed to really take extra care knowing it was a family car and that I lacked knowledge in this field. I love that they recommend but never force, super efficient, & are nice every time. Will definitely continue trusting them with our cars.Service: Oil change

I love this place, they get you in and get you out. Very helpful with preventative maintenance. Staff are always top notch and friendly, and they have billy idol in the pit lol! Also pointed out that some suspension component was going bad, will definitely be coming back for future car endeavors :)Services: Vehicle Inspection

Took my son's 2012 elantra in a few weeks ago now. I initially took the car in for a jerking motion when stopped at a stop light or stop sign. After a few hours they called to tell me it was the cam sensors. I agreed to replace. We went to pick the car up a few hours later and the check engine light was on. The check engine light was not on when we dropped the car off. We did not leave the parking lot and let them know. The manager on duty, Dustin's immediate response was that it was probably a faulty part, but he had the mechanic check the code, the code was p00016. The mechanic told us he used to work at Hyundai and the engine was going out. They kept the car for a few more hours, and Ryan called me to tell me there was nothing more they could do, it needed a new engine. Monday morning I took it two different shops, where I found out one of the cam sensors did not have a serial number and was likely faulty, the crank shaft sensor had not been replaced as Ryan told me it had been, and the brand of the cam sensors was the bottom of the barrel, yet I was charged premium price. I called back to the tire engineers and demanded that the car be fixed correctly or my money refunded. Ryan was my point of contact and very kind, customer focused and he did try his best to help me. He tried changing the brand of cams, adding crank shaft and they could not get the light off. They did give me my money back, but from my experience they have mechanics who do not know what they are doing. I've waited a few weeks to post to make sure since I got the car fixed it wasn't a fluke or the light didn't come back on. I took the car to another shop and the cams and crankshaft were replaced with quality products, which also costs less than what tire engineers initially charged me. The car is driving great and the light is off and has remained off. Also when I went to pick up the check the store manager, Marshall, handed me the check and didn't even apologize. The only person who apologized was the person training to be a manager, Ryan. Please be careful if you get work done at this location. We have had work done before at this location and had no issues, so I don't know if they have newly hired mechanics, but the automatic go to should not be that the engine is going out. I appreciate everything Ryan tried, but I won't be back because I don't trust the mechanics at this location.

Everyone is super nice. However, at Walmart I was quoted half of what Express Oil Change & Tire quoted me for 2 tires. As a college student, money is tight and finding good quality for an affordable price is important to me.Service: Tires

Just moved into town 3 days prior to the visit and needed new breaks and rotors. Express Oil is very fortunate to have Ryan as a leader at this location. He made my experience very easy and stress free. They will definitely get my business going forward. Customer service is dying in all aspects of business but Ryan excelled in this and I told everyone at my job to give them their business as well.Service: Brakes

I have been there many times but today will be the last set in the oil change line for and hour. While 3 other cars that showed up after I did got through before me asked why they keep running other cars ahead and all I got was sorry. I left and did not get my oil changed

They lie!They would not honor the Braves discount because I brought my own oil filter....radio commercial does not mention that....it was a $16.00 discount so they don't like giving that if they can get away from it!
