Good or bad experience depending on staff. Yesterday, staff did not care about customers, or work, etc. Today Josh was great. Please hire more people like Josh. Less lazy kids.

I walked in the store and the employees told me everything was 50% off. Sounds good! However, when I started to take a closer look at the price tags I saw the original price was covered up with a new price sticker. I peeled off the sticker and realized they raised the price of the shirt by $8. That’s pure false advertising and I would suggest for everyone to look closely at anything you consider buying there to make sure they aren’t trying to screw you over. I left and won’t be back. I can’t stand unethical business practices and stealing money from customers. BUYER BEWARE!!

Hugely disappointing.Firstly, even though I had the receipt, they could not return the overpriced pants I brought in. I don’t carry all of my credit cards in my wallet, and had swapped out which American Express account I wanted to charge on since I had a large credit on one, so I did not have the card that I had charged the pants on. They could not return the pants , it was ridiculous. Every other store that I had returns for could figure it out. Not these people.Secondly, I wanted to buy an additional shirt that I had that they did not have in my size in the store. The assistant manager could not order it for me and have it shipped to my house. She also could not tell me what the shipping charges would be if I were to order it myself.I had such a great experience at the Leeds, Alabama Eddie Bauer store that I was stunned by the lack of customer Service here. And by the lack of knowledge of the website by the staff.
