Wow just the worst experience ever at this place! My daughter and I went to go get her ears pierced for her birthday and the greeting I get in a (you are bothering me tone) is ummm we are closed. My reply is oh really? As I look for the hours posted on the door. (mind you the hours are posted of the size of a greeting card) finally see them on the side window where will miss it. ((Mind you the place is lit up with their Florescent light and the door is unlocked)) and continues to say my daughter is too young to get her ears pierced without even asking her age. I will definitely be sharing my awful experience here to others.

The first time I came here was a few years ago and I got my navel pierced and the area was NOT cleaned beforehand. I heard that things changed since then so I came to get a septum done and the process itself was totally fine and pierced even and the sites were cleaned with alcohol. However, the aftercare process is still the same as it was before (which is VERY irritating to the piercing) and doesn’t follow the APP aftercare. The prices are nice but I won’t be coming back for another piercing.

I was so scared to get my nipples pierced, but my piercer was very charismatic and made me feel very comfortable. I love my new piercings! She did a great job, and it was very inexpensive!

I do not recommend this shop for a tattoo, or at the very least, having Bethany do it. I had gone during a Friday the 13th flash sale, and waited outside with others while it was snowing. When I finally got inside, Bethany was incredibly unpleasant to be around. Poor personal hygiene, screaming across the shop right next to your ear, trauma dumping a ton of information that was never asked about, most of which made it incredibly uncomfortable to be there. She also stopped in the middle of the process to go gossip with a friend for 10 minutes about drama, all while people were waiting in a long line outside in the cold.
If that wasn't enough, the tattoos are completely subpar in quality. Even though the designs were very simple, the lines are shakey, not filled in properly, misshapen, and partially blown out. Shading was added to one that was not part of the original design, and was never asked for. I get it was a flash sale and you do this daily, but to become so jaded that you rush through and do a poor job on something that someone else is stuck with for the rest of their life is unacceptable. Do better.

I went there for a lip piercing, would more than likely never go again. Prices are nice, but the atmosphere felt kind of tough. They didn't have bigger bars, they put in a jewelry that basically can heal wrong which means my healing process will suck, and overall I didn't feel welcomed by one of the main people there. The second girl i met was sweet, she had a medusa piercing, so props to that. I've been non stopped stressed over my piercing because of the hoops that were placed in, not to mention when I went to ask a question on messenger they left me on read.
