Change your hours so that they are correct! I drove 30 minutes to find out your store closes at 8pm on Sunday, not 9pm.

Krissy, I believe is the store manager? Hands down the worst customer service "manager" I have ever seen for a busy store such as this one. She has to be the rudest person in the whole store during day time hours. The young lady that runs the register always has a smile but never seems to have any type of backup or help at the front.

The girl working the register on august 30th, 2023 literally rolled her eyes at us and shouted “5 minutes ladies” to me and my boyfriend when we came in 15 minutes before they closed to browse the Halloween stuff. We were truly out in 5 minutes, and as a past dollar tree employee I could not imagine treating people this way, even at a discount store. Shame on her for being so extremely rude when it is literally her job to be a cashier at a store. She shouldn’t be paid to be mean to people.

Extremely rude experience. I was trying to go down an aisle but there was a computer rolling chair blocking side of the aisle. There was no signs or anything stating the aisle was closed. So I moved it and proceeded to go down the aisle. I was told it was closed for safety reasons. Which is fine so I went to the next aisle. Then, we could clearly hear two older women employees talking about me. So my daughter told them across an aisle to maybe close the aisle better! It’s extremely rude to talk about a customer that way. I will never go back.

Never will I go back here. I stood in the line for 15 minutes with my kids bc they wanted to spend their money. When we got up to the cashier Rhonda to be specific the kids had to take a couple items off bc they didn't have enough money and she says to me "there's a bunch of people waiting behind you". I dont appreciate some slow person saying that to me when she can barely move or count change. Place the place is seriously unorganized and nasty!

Ok store, most of the workers look unhappy to be there and are pretty short when you speak to them. Very messy and disorganized store and poorly stocked.

Associate was very helpful and friendly. Store is well stocked and starting to put out items for the next season.

Didn't have what I needed, but I always find something. Valentine's Day, and St. Patrick's Day items flying off the shelves.

I used to frequent this location quite a bit, but after my last few visits, I'm thinking twice about visiting this location for awhile. Went there today to pick up a few things for my daughter. I noticed that most of the aisles were disorganized and there were two ladies stocking. My daughter and I were looking at the seasonal toys. Like I said, the aisles were already disorganized, with some things strewn about on the floor as well. My daughter knows not to touch everything and she always keeps her hands to herself. So, here comes a stocker, snatches the play big net from the floor (that was already lying there when we walked up), gives a dirty look to my three year old daughter and puts it back into it's box, shaking her head and mumbling to herself. I quickly said that it was not my daughter that made the mess, but she ignored me anyway. So, I get it - these employees are probably not paid much and they probably had alot of work to do. However, to give a dirty look to a three year old upset me. It seems the employees at this location are either being overworked, underpaid or both, because none of them really even look happy to be there and it seems they don't know simple manners either. Since the prices went up as well, I will not be returning, especially to this location. I know it doesn't matter in the big picture, but customer service is VERY important if you want people to frequent your store and you just lost one. ?

For a new store..this place is a mess. Unstocked items..everything thrown around..horrible. Bad management. The district manager is not doing their job. PLEASE CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATES OF THE ITEMS STOCKED IN THE FOOD AISLE. MANY EXPIRED ITEMS STILL ON SHELVES. I would rather shop at the smaller Dollar Tree in Dahlonega where the food is fresh, store is clean, well stocked, and very organized.

Prices are what you'd expect. This one has a good variety of things and it's very clean

White female mrg. rude and unreasonable. Didn't want to honor the marked down clearance price for Black customer. Be aware when shopping in this particular Dollar Tree.

They raised their prices........ I can no longer tell my wife that "I'm going to take her to the store and and she can buy ONE thing in the whole store for our anniversary, anything she wants" providing it's the Dollar Tree! .... Ha!
