Only grievance is broken down vehicles taking valuable parking for months on end. When parking is at a premium. When there is no intention of making them road worthy again they should be removed. This is the only blemish on a very upscale beautiful property.

EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE LINE DOES NOT WORK OUTSIDE OF OPEN OFFICE HOURS. PHONE LINES DO NOT WORK CORRECTLY AND YOU CANT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE.

I've lived on this property for 2 years and going on my third now. This community is very safe and peaceful and I love living here. The new management is very professional and courteous to everyone who lives here. The apartments are older however they are in good shape and the surrounding property is beautiful with various trees and manicured landscaping. Highly recommend!

I wanted to thank Zach, Lisa, Laura for helping me and my father in a tough time working with me with back and forth. They are amazing people and is an amazing property! Even though we were early moving in they moved mountains for me and my father! I've had an amazing experience! Thank you all!

They all went out of their way to help me multiple times and give me clarification at every turn and even helped us when there was no other options to be had. I had the best tour at this complex. Zachery was beyond helpful and the made the whole experience 10/10. The efficiency is apparent and run like a well oiled machine. We got to see Laura, the community manager, in her element and on top of everything. Beautiful apartments, well maintained, and it is right in the center of everything, while quiet enough to trick you into thinking it's not off GA400. Will be applying!.

I lived here for several months and enjoyed nearly every minute of it. My favorite thing? Thick walls. I was surrounded by neighbors but never heard them, not once. It was peaceful and silent and you cannot get that in brand new apartment communities, the walls are made so thin now. I had a newly remodeled unit and it was beautiful and cozy.
A big thanks to Laura in management for addressing an issue I had upon move-in. Maintenance took it seriously and it was fixed in record time. I intended to stay for a long time but due to unforeseen life changes, I had to cut my lease early before a year was up and I was just dreading the process. What could have been a massive stressful headache ended up being a really smooth transition thanks to the management here. We followed the contract, I paid my termination fee, and I even got back my security deposit. There were no surprises and I was treated fairly, which to me is a big deal. I have been swindled in the past by a landlord and it left me always expecting the worst in these situations.
Overall a very professional exchange and I really appreciate Laura for making my entire stay from beginning to end a smooth process. I am going to miss living here and highly recommend Dawson Forest Apartments.

I had recently toured this complex, and had a very pleasant experience, thanks to Zach! He was able to provide an answer with every question we came up with, and addressed all of our concerns, making my experience amazing. This community seems to be very well run, with very caring staff and management!
