This CVS is great. The staff are friendly and Katelyn was very kind to help me with my insurance situation. I understand their lines are long, but they are long for a reason and usually they are pretty fast.

I never can get my prescriptions ready when I call them in or request them on the app. I submitted my refill on the app this morning and it is now 430pm and it is still NOT ready.

This is a great CVS location and I don't have any major complaints about the store in general. And the pharmacists there are amazing and very friendly. But the assistants do tend to drop the ball from time to time when trying to contact your doctor to get prescriptions straightened out properly. Basically the customer has to do a whole lot of extra calling back and forth just to get their prescriptions filled in a timely manner. This is by no means the pharmacist's fault. But as a whole the store is great the customer service is wonderful and the pharmacists are knowledgeable and well educated as well as friendly which is a huge deal to me.

If you are using the pharmacy and walk in to 1 or more people in line (you will). Just grab a chair from the waiting area, set it in line and get comfortable you’re gonna be there a while. There is zero sense of urgency by anyone in this place. I will never get anything filled here again.

HANDS DOWN the worst pharmacy I have even used. Always a 15+ minute wait inside, no matter what time you go. Never had the prescriptions correct or ready when they said. No one could ever answer as to why. Switched to Kroger, much better service.

Incredibly slow and will take over 30+ minutes to get your prescription even if there is only one or two people ahead of you. Pharmacy staff is rude as well.

The store was clean and orderly. The cashier was kind, helpful with telling me what isle I needed.she was professional and courteous. It was a pleasure shopping with CVS today.

Complete train wreck of a pharmacy. I'm convinced they don't bother answering their phones. There's no organization as I've seen prescription bags literally on the floor. Drive thru is a nightmare. I've waited for almost an hour with only 4 cars in the line. Me being the 5th because the one in the front must've had issues, and then get told "backorder." (It would've been nice to get that info OVER THE PHONE but that requires them to answer it) Get it together.

Very friendly staff. The wait for medications was slightly long inside but the drive through moves extremely fast if you're in a hurry.

I wish this wasn't the only pharmacy I had to use based on my insurance. Great people, but slow as all get out. Drive thru is always backed up and the wait is entirely to long.

Arrived at 6:40pm to pick up a prescription. I waited in the drive thru line behind 3 cars. There was another truck behind me that was also waiting. I arrived at the window at 7pm on the dot and they turned me away and refused to get me the prescription order even though I needed it for my sick 4 year old who has an ear infection. I find this level of customer service from a pharmacy to be detestable. I couldn't even have the prescription transferred since the pharmacy closed and my daughter could really benefit from starting the antibiotics today. I will be transferring the prescription tomorrow to another pharmacy and contacting the store manager.

If a customer at the drive through has an insurance issue, please make them come inside and not make the line wait 30 minutes for one car. The worst!

Worst Customer Service I have ever received and highly recommend you use a different pharmacy if you live in the Dawsonville area. I called on Monday 3/6 and was placed on hold for over 45 mins. When the call was finally answered I was hung up on. I again called back and waited on hold for another 20 mins before I was able to speak to someone. I informed them that I needed to add a manufacture coupon for my prescription and they stated that they would have to wait until the medication arrived to give me the actual cost with the coupon. That’s understandable. I then checked the status of my prescription the next day that was supposed to be ordered on 3/6 and it stated that my prescription would be ready to pick up on 3/9 at 12 pm. I then waited until 12:30pm on 3/9 and it said my prescription was still pending so I called them back. I was then told that the prescription was never ordered, they had to order it and it "could" arrive the next day 3/10 but if it is not then it was "out of their hands." The lack of professionalism, customer service, and reliability of this place is ridiculous.
