Poor costumer service. The ladies at the entrance only greet and help certain people

Staff is rude ? I was just checking the size for kids, and even before we were able to see it properly, staff came and asked us to put the shoes back from where you have taken. I understand we need to put it back, but let customers see it

Excellent customer service by Devin & Emily on some Sonic crocs for my grandson that I ordered in the wrong size. They were wonderful & got it taken care of for me!
