No support from this store. I brought my hod sister in because she had a phone mailed out, and it was not working. The young lady that was there stated because it's slow, she's the only one. She did what she could, but support over the phone and warranty sucks! They lost her to AT&T.....

Amy at the dawsonville ga store was amazing! She was so helpful and friendly! Never secon guess saving money with cricket! We have been CW customers for over 5 years and love the savings!

Went in to purchase an international add-on. It went smooth and they said that it costs an extra $5.00 every month. I explained that I need it to be active for the whole month of March. They said I was able to pay there, therefor I paid the $5.00 in cash and I received a printed out receipt. I go to pay my monthly bill for February-March and they have added on another $5.00. I called up the store in Dawsonville, and explained my issue. They said it's not $5.00 that it's going to be more. The women on the phone said that she cannot do anything about it and that I would have to pay the additional $5.00. She refused to help me further. I asked for the customer service number and she hangs up the phone. This service is unacceptable and I am thinking of discontinuing my service though this company. Customer service was called and a complaint was made on the store and they said that they will take action.

I was actually looking for a totally different store when I noticed Cricket and I'm so glad I decided to go into this location. I was greeted and helped by the friendliest of all people, the Manager Ashlyn.I described my need for a new phone and I was on a bit of a budget and she gladly showed me the free phone's with a new sign up option. But me being me decided to go with something else that had caught my eye although the free phone's with a new sign up were actually indeed great phone's.After I had chosen I had plenty of questions to which Ashlyn always kindly answered without ever one hint of annoyance which in my book goes a very long way for someone working in retail in this day and age.She kindly asked if I wanted a case rather than throwing it in, which I did want a case as one should always buy a case to protect their new phone. She also asked if I would like insurance rather than tossing that in, which I also wanted. After my purchase she set my phone up for me and answered any remaining questions I had and I proceed to the parking lot to sit in my car to play around with my new phone.While in the car I setup my new lock pin and looked around at the features of the phone.Later much to my horror I soon discovered that I had forgotten my new unlock pin. "What a fool I am" as I thought to myself and went home where I stayed awake until 2am trying to remember the pin I had setup. No matter how hard I thought there was no hope of remembering this now lost pin that was standing between myself and the new phone I had just bought. That night I even had dreams of remembering the pin and soon as I awoke I tried the pin from my dream but it of course didn't work.I am a IT Support Technician in training and I know how to factory reset a phone from the phone's boot loader so I tried this but to be able to do this I first had to enable this feature from the phone's settings. (And I had tried) But I thought I would go back to the Cricket store and see if anything could be done.Once there, I was greeted again by Ashlyn the manager and explained my situation and we both thought perhaps I wouldn't be able to get back into my phone again but she did her thing and was able to bypass this first boot process and was able to get to a second one and she was able to do the factory reset, saving my phone and allowing me to start over and believe me this time I wrote my pin down lol.So thank you to Ashlyn for being an awesome and kind salesman or woman, and for your patience as it was much appreciated by this customer!I highly recommend this Cricket store to anyone and ask for Ashlyn ?

12/18/21The manager sold me two sim cards and activation for two smart watches I bought for my kids for Christmas. In the store the manager was helpful and got the watches set up and working. What he did not tell me is that after a couple days, those two devices would be suspended from Cricket service. (It was later discovered that he knew this would happened but never disclosed this to me) Fast forward to 12/27/21 the day my kids opened their gifts, the watches did not work. Went to the Cricket store to speak with the manager (same person that sold me the Sim cards) to ask for my $95 back and he said "no" and basically too bad for me.

CRICKET IS A RIP OFF!I got a phone plan that was supposed to be $40 a month and after all the hidden fees it ends up being $68 a month.I've been here for a year and I'm going to go to another place to get a phone service!Also everytime i come in to pay I have to reset my pin number and then also my automatic pay never goes through because "they" say something is wrong with my card. I try to pay with card imside the store it declines it so I have to go to my bank to to withdraw money.My bank says they dont even see where they try to take money out of my avcount for my auto payment.
