Looked up your store on the way to Dawsonville and wife was excited to check it out. We were enjoying the outlets and arrived at your store at 11:15 on a Saturday only to find you were closed and not open according to your hours posted. We were disappointed to say the least. Missed out on some new customers.

A BOUTIQUE STORE IN AN OUTLET CENTER? When I saw this boutique store in the outlet mall, I just had to check it out. It is a really cute well designed space that is very open and has a lot of character. This store carries clothing for women in standard and plus sizes and much of what I saw was easy and unconstructed pieces that maximize comfort. There wasn't a lot to see but perhaps it will be better stocked in time for the holidays. They carry the Simply Southern brand of short and long sleeve tees. They had a large and colorful selection so if you are interested in purchasing any as gifts, this store is a great option. I think the employee working here attempted to greet me in that stereotypical "announce those specials" sort of way because I only heard "percent off" and she never looked up or made eye contact with me the entire time that I was in the store. I could literally have been stuffing my bag with tons of inventory and she never would have noticed. Dear Craze employee, I know that you are not accustomed to having people in your store but you still must practice so that when you do get another customer, you will be ready. Allow me to assist you: When a customer enters the store, look up and make eye contact. Hold your greeting until the customer has completely entered the store and the door has closed. (The mall music is loud and tends to overshadow conversation). Then you may verbally greet the client and offer assistance because as a new store, you really want to make sure that you are making a positive impression and getting off to a good start. Hello, my name is Suzette Vearnon and I had the pleasure of walking into Craze. My husband and I had just finished lunch at Wine on Main and were walking up the street. And there it was. That Lord Have Mercy fabulous red dress in the window caught my eye. I walked in and was greeted by smiles, warmth and class. I felt like I walked into my own fashion heaven. Along with great conversation, I searched the racks of clothing and LOVED EVERYTHING!! Bags, jewelry and clothing, oh so fashionable. I have my eye on a couple of things and cannot wait to go back. Don't sleep on Clayton. Craze Boutique is sensibly priced ultra class. A fashionista's slice of heaven!
