I have lived at covey homes dawson ridge for a year now, and just signed a new lease here (different home, larger floor plan.) I have nothing but good things to say about this neighborhood. When I first moved here, parking on the road was my only concern, but it is now more under control, due to the new parking pass policy. Maintenance is great and friendly, management is also friendly. Clean, quiet and well kept neighborhood! Also very dog friendly (huge bonus for this dog mom) I look forward to staying another year here.

Covey homes honestly feels like the home/community I was always meant to be in. The neighbors are like my family, maintenance and staff are amazing and any request you have will be taken care of In an extremely brief amount of time. And I can promise everything is done with the utmost respect the manager Tristan is honestly the most kind and compassionate manager of a property I have ever known. Covey homes is the only place you will want to ever call home ever again!!

Covey Homes is a fantastic community to live in. The homes are beautiful and well maintained!! The staff is awesome to work with. Also it’s a very safe community to live in.

We moved here 2.5 years ago. We have been very happy here until the past 2 months or so. The new management team is ruthless and hard to work with. We are loosing street parking and must find a way to park our 3 cars in our 1 car driveway. Rent is outrageous and increasing every year. Unless it is a necessity, I would highly recommend not living here.

I live here for a year and a half now and I am locked out of my home because I left in a hurry this morning and didn’t grab my keys. Got home parked in the garage tried to open the door leading to the kitchen and the door is locked.I called maintenance and he informed they don’t do lockouts! I am baffled for the rent you pay here this is not provided after hours!!! Unfortunately I was able to unlock the top latch using the rentsmart app but not the door handle you actually need the key.Renters including myself really need to pay attention to the lease contract and ask questions if you are a new renter or resigning your lease.

I moved into an apartment cottage at Dawson Ridge two weeks ago and couldn't be happier with my decision. Coming from out of state with a unique time-sensitive situation, Ivey was so helpful in helping me navigate the application process to secure the desired floor plan in the time frame I needed. The neighborhood is beautiful, well-maintained, peaceful, and the morning sunrise view from my back patio is absolutely fantastic! The location is great, being just a few minutes away from all major retail shopping and grocery needs with so many beautiful parks and places of interest to visit all within a 30-min drive. I'm just really happy to be here!

We recently moved into a unit at Covey Homes Dawson Ridge. The first unit we were given was an ADA accessible home. We were not notified of this, nor was their any acknowledgement beforehand in our lease or in the listing online. I wish that it was disclosed before the unit was leased to us and we could have kept the same pricing that we were locked into before. However, Destiny and Ivey helped right away to get us into another unit that day (thankfully one was available). We are very grateful for the office staff and their hard work to help right this wrong, but please consider marking the listing for those in the future as this caused numerous problems and excess expenses for us to get moved in.

Ivey and Destiney are THE ultimate duo, for this to be my first home with my boyfriend they made the process so easy for us, a little bit of bumps in the road waiting to get approved but once we were it was awesome! We absolutely love the welcoming and warming feeling they give! I felt at home at the leasing office, everything about this community is so wonderful. I will be renewing my lease as many times as possible ?

Nice place to live!....Front office staff very nice. Pool is open year round which makes it nice if you want a quiet place to go read a book in cooler months. Driveways and parking are a little tight, but that is on "development". Destiny is the front office manager and has been their lead office personnel since the property's induction and is very sweet, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Many floor plans to choose from as well!

Living at Dawson Ridge has been amazing. We just renewed our lease for another 15 months. The move in process was easy and everyone at the office is so helpful.

My husband and I just got married and found it difficult to find a place we can call home but when we called covey homes we just instantly felt a connection. The leasing office both Ivy and Destiny were AMAZING! We really spoke more to Destiny and she was just so kind and full of joy and love and we both felt this place was the perfect place to call home! Anyone looking for a great community and security come here! I would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you to Ivy and Destiny for helping us find our new 1st home together ❤️
