Incredible customer service by associate Ekta. (And cool name!) She helped handle a return that was mistakenly charged to me twice. Took my number and texted me when it was resolved. That is customer service!!

Only Cole Haan store in all of GA & it closes before other stores in the same outlet. Guess next door closes at 9, this store at 7. Very disappointed. Having a store still important.

It's a store that's easy on the household budget, as you can buy simple, high-performance shoes at prices that aren't too expensive. The design is simple, so it can be used for formal occasions as well as casual occasions, so it is easy to use.About 10 years ago, when I was on a business trip and had an urgent and important scene, I suddenly stopped by here and bought formal shoes. I bought it and it is very durable and I can still use it. I am very satisfied because I can purchase some decent items at the outlet.

Terrible experience with Annie at the store. If not for Thomas and for the comfortable shoes that the brand offers, I would have left the store in a jiffy and would rate this review one star. Annie desperately needs customer training. I am sorry, but I am shopping colehaan elsewhere and not coming back here.

Was a customer for years. No more. They no longer carry handbags and the shoes have been nothing short of down right ugly for a couple of years now. I quit!
