“This is an upscale resale shop staffed entirely with volunteers and all merchandise has been donated. Every penny of profit goes to help support Dawson County Humane Society and No-Kill Shelter. The merchandise is more upscale, the shop is immaculate and the volunteers are very customer oriented. Open Wed-Sat 10-5:30. Truly a hidden gem!”
“I love Ross and this location seriously has the nicest employees. I really appreciate how they always seem to be in a cheerful mood even when they seem to be understaffed. It really goes a long way to make the wait to get checked out or receive assistance worth it. Keep up the good work!”

“Love shopping here! Staff is excellent, I was in there a whole 2 minutes and an employee walked up to me and asked if I needed help finding anything in particular. She also proceeded to let me know that the store was a little bare on items and that a truck was coming in the next day or two just in time for a sale happening on Monday. I thought it was fantastic customer service and I will definetly be going back Monday! Thank you”
“This outlet store is like the actual store itself filled with quality merchandise and top notch customer service. Sometimes a brand's outlet is like the middle child who can't measure up to the older sibling's outstanding achievements and isn't cute enough to hog some of the attention away from the baby sibling. But luckily Eddie Bauer isn't no middle child! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by some smiling folks who wanted to know what we were looking for...We brought our friend who was visiting from overseas to buy a few things to take home since he said Eddie Bauer is about 35-50% more where he is from...Luckily there were lots of great stuff on sale and we even found an item on final clearance. We had a good experience here and would recommend the place to other shoppers.”

“I called the store and Laura searched for the items I was looking for and she saved them for 48 hours. I went to the store the next day in an Uber for almost 40 miles and the store had actually closed. I called and Josh answered, I explained my situation and he allowed me to still get my items. He turned what could have been a long and costly trip into an incredible shopping experience!!! I'll definitely be back and will tell everyone to shop at this location.”

“TLDR: Amazing customer service.
Signed in as my wife but I stopped by earlier today to get a bunch of stuff and before I drove over I called ahead to make sure everything I wanted to buy qualified for the special they were running. They took the time to check it for me and ensured me it would be fine. Drove an hour over to them. Got what I needed, ordered more online with the manager (they still applied the special), realized I made a mistake on one of the in store items and swapped it for the proper size. So I have dealt with them every which way and dealt with four different employees plus one manager, all of them were super friendly and helpful. Great team!”

After telling her, she took me to the spot where they were and pulled out the size I was looking for. Most shops would just have pointed in a general location for me to find on my own. “Quickly becoming my new favorite brand. This is definitely not a "cheaper" alternative to Ralph Lauren- unless they have sales, don't expect to come out much better than you would at RL. Love the fits, love the sales when they have them. Employees seem nice, though sometimes its apparent they don't want to be there that particular day. I dont want to work some days either so I understand.”
“I had a great experience at the for all mankind 7 outlet store at Premium Georgia outlets. A kind and attentive lady greeted us and asked us if we were looking for anything specific. I asked her about the length of the jeans and she proceeded to tell me that a lot of their styles run long. I was so excited!!! She asked me about my preferences in style and feel and soon after she began to bring out different styles for me to try on. I ended up purchasing three pairs of jeans and two tops instead of just one pair as I planned. I forgot to ask for her name, but I'm looking forward to going back for another enjoyable shopping trip.Please let her know that my husband and I really enjoyed our time there and the attention she gave us. She was awesome!!! (Today is Saturday May 13th and it was about 5:15 pm)”
“Wonderful location! I was on vacation in Alpharetta, GA and decided to go to Dawsonville the PREMUIM outlet stores. It's only about 30 to 35 mins from Alpharetta. Of course, I shopped at quite a few stores, but had to dip into the Guess Factory store! As usual, I got some great deals! The store was very organized and customer service was great! If you are ever in the area, do stop by! ????”

“I didn't catch the name of the sales person working with us, but when my daughter locked herself out of her dressing room, he was so kind. He asked about what she did for fun and shared some amazing art techniques with her that we can't wait to try. She's at that in between adult and kid clothes stage and shopping is a little awkward for her and he made it SO much easier for both of us! We walked away with some great clothes and he built up her confidence! We will definitely shop here again!”
“I decided to go shopping here because i needed a couple pairs of long pants since the weather has been so cold. I was in a depressed mood because i have a very hard time finding pants that fit . I have a large butt, skinny calves, and a bit of fat that likes to hang over the waist line. As i tried on clothes i got discouraged seeing myself in the mirror. One of the nice girls that work there asked me if i needed any help or another size. i opened the dressing room curtain and showed her how horrible i looked in the pants. I was crying . She was very nice and made me feel better by suggesting a different style of pants and by reassuring me that we would find something that i would feel comfortable in. All the girls that worked in the store started bringing me things to try on and were honest by letting me know what looked flattering on me. I ended up finding a lot of things that i feel beautiful in . One pair of the jeans even makes my malproportioned legs look great. I am thankful for all the girls help and i feel like we are all friends now. I will be back for sure !!”
