I recently used USA Storage for my storage needs, and while there were some positive aspects, I have to express my disappointment with the climate control feature. Despite paying for climate control, I found that the unit never provided the expected temperature control. It was consistently hot inside, which was concerning for the safety of my stored items. The lack of functioning climate control was a significant downside and impacted my overall experience with USA Storage. However, I must acknowledge that the staff was friendly and the facility itself was clean and well-maintained. Nonetheless, the ineffective climate control system was a significant drawback that prevented me from fully recommending USA Storage.

Absolutely worse service left on 3/15 and canceled with 48 hours notice. Per my contract. As of 5/5 I'm still being billed 479. Made over 20 called to resolve but no help. Next step is lawyer

I couldn’t believe I found a place that would process everything online on a Sunday! I needed a place quick to store my trailer and reserving on line made it so easy. I signed up and had my spot and access code in less than 15minutes.

Trevis is an absolute asset to your business. He went out of his way to give me the time and attention I needed to answer all my questions. He even followed up with me a couple of days later to make sure everything was working smoothly. I definitely recommend this place. Easy on the budget and safe for your prized possessions you wish to store.

Trevis made my move in/move out so easy. We needed two units quickly because we were selling our home. Signing up online was very quick and easy. Trevis called right after I signed up to ask if I had any questions and made the process really simple. Nothing but great things to say about this seamless process. Units were always clean and secure. If I need storage again, I'm definitely coming back.

Travis has been so helpful and understanding. He drove from one location to another two times for me to ensure I was able to retrieve what I needed out of of my unit. Such a great man!
