Spent over $1700 for brake job. Front end started shaking real bad. They say it's out of warranty and will offer a 'discount' to get rid of the shimmy. This place USED TO be reliable, but not anymore. Time to find a different auto shop.

I went to get my tires replaced on my Ram 1500. The service was quick and professional. I'll definitely be going back.

Big T performed the last oil change on my 2015 Prius and overtightened the oil filter cap so much that the only the second mechanic I took it to was able to remove it (in pieces) after an hour of working on it.I called to discuss this with Big T & they refused to take any responsibility for the mistake.

i have taken my truck and my wife's SUV to Big T a few times over the last five years and have been disappointed each time. Less than a year ago my wife went in to have her breaks checked while i was out of town she was told she needed pads, roters and new calipers. The bill was over $1,500 . We made it clear that I wanted to see the parts and that I would cover the core charge if that is what it took to hold so I could look at them. When she picked her SUV up she was told it wasn't possible to hold the parts , they had to turn them all in inorder to get the new parts. Less than a year and less than 10 k miles the pads started looking thin. She took it in for them to take a look at what was going on, they told her it was metal to metal and she had to have both rotors and pads replaced for $400 , i left work and went to talk to them about this issue and was told they couldn't work with me to figure out what happened of why it was not covered by the one year warranty on the break job. I picked up the SUV and took it home and put on the lift and pulled the wheels and then the pads. Absolutely zero metal to metal contact on either side. The rotors were in excellent condition. They lied to my wife about what she needed. i have been a motorcycle, automobile and an industrial mechanic for over 50 year. i own more tools than anyone I know. I chose to have simple repair work done by other simply because I am working 50 to 60 hours a week where I work. Where I work we have 8 service trucks for field service work and have experienced this same issue far too many times. We stopped using Big T for even simple oil and filter changes. We have found them to be dishonest and work they do is of a very low quality. When I picked up the SUV i ask to have the owner to call me if he was interested in keeping me as a customer. As of yet no call. From my experience with them I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Great knowledge of vehicles but a little pricey sometimes, but they do good work and you don't have to wait for 2 to 3 weeks before they can start like other mechanics

My daughter is in college and had squealing with her front brakes so she went to Big T. Ryan called me and said she needed caliper, rotors and new brakes on the front because the brake pads were gone and the rotors were damaged. he also said the back brake pads needed to be replaced. the total cost would be over $1000. I told him I wanted a 2nd opinion and to not do any work. my daughter picked it up and had hardly any brakes. she was able to get it to another mechanic close by who told me Big T did something to get air in the brake line that caused the brakes to not work correctly. the brake pads needed to be replaced on the front but everything else was fine. $160. Big T is a bunch of crooks and sorry human beings for sending my daughter to drive off in a car with bad brakes. May Karma hit them with all the force possible. Ryan you are a worthless piece of crap!!!

I had these guys replace some front end parts and do an alignment on my truck last year. They never got the alignment right and I wound up taking it up the street to another garage to get the alignment straightened out (another $100). Fast forward to today; Time for general maintenance on the truck and I find that they left the dust cover off of my wheel hub when they replaced it. I ordered another one. They also didn't bother to install the grease (zerk) fittings in the other parts that they replaced (which also means they never got greased). After buying new zerk fittings and installing them, I spent an hour heating dry parts to get them to take grease. I'll probably be replacing these parts again soon due to installer negligence. Sloppy workmanship, I can't recommend this place.

Don't let these people work on your car they're a rip off! Tried to charge me $1,000 to fix the AC on my car. I fixed it myself for $60. This used to be a good place years ago not anymore I will never recommend this place to anyone I've been there twice and they have no clue what they're doing there. I'd give you a zero if they gave me the option

Probably OK for changing tires or oil, but don't waste your money on an alignment here. FYI, I am a former mechanic, ASE certified. Ever since they did an alignment on my truck the steering wheel always points to the right. I've taken it back twice only to get excuses; "It's because the road is slanted" - "It's the tires" - "It's because it's an old truck (2001)" - Now, "It's because the steering box is worn out". They got very defensive and argumentative when I asked why they never mentioned the steering box being worn out originally, and cut me off every time I started to speak. They said that they would be happy to put on a new steering box for me. I took it to Tower Automotive right up the street and told them what had transpired. The owner drove my truck and deduced that there was nothing wrong with my steering box. After another $100 and a few minutes on the alignment rack, the steering wheel is straight now and my truck drives great. No excuses. Just like I've always told my kids, "Don't be scared to admit that you don't know what you're doing, you'll look like less of an idiot than you will if you go ahead and screw it up." I have a Ranger, an S-10, a GMC Sierra, a Dodge van, a 4runner, a Subaru, an Explorer, two trailers, and a 30' camper, and Big T will never see any of them again.
