We were welcomed in with a friendly manner. I was looking for something particular scent wise and was advised it wasn't available as was seasonal but the person helping me was able to identify other soaps that had similar scents or had what I was looking for in part in the ingredients. Very helpful and some great deals

Looked online before heading to the store to make sure they had the lotion i needed instock showed online that they did when i got here the lotion was not on the shelf. Asked a worker she then went and asked another lady to go in the back and look. They came back to me to tell me that they had plenty in the back but they were doing inventory so they could not sell me one. I even offered to take the try me bottle for fill price and would not sell me that one either after wasting gas go come in absolutely worst experience of any bath and body

Drove from gainesville to shop here,but the item i wanted wasn't out front. Was told "we have plenty in the back,but they're doing inventory and cant sell you anything" NEVER has another store done this to me. With gas as expensive you can tell they dont care about their customers
