We opened accounts here recently after banking with a large national banks for decades (Truist) where the downward trend of service became problematic. Everyone at this OZK branch has been absolutely wonderful through the process. Thank you, Kris & team. They are efficient, communicative, responsive and helpful at every turn! Highly recommend this bank.

I have used this bank for years for my business and it is HORIBBLE. the online webiste to access my business account is a JOKE THE ONLY REASON why I have not changed to a bank that is more professional is the time to change ALL my online businesses over to another. If you own a business DO NOT USE THIS BANK the webiste locks you out multiple time a year I request a log in password change and it does not even send that ? on the weekends if there is a proble YOU WAIT TILL MONDAY ... buisnesses need reliabel acces to their banking information NOT TILL MONDAY. I only write this review now besuase up to now I was trying to be nice about this website NOT ANYMORE saty awaqy customer for nearly 10 years!!!

Opened a new savings account to do wire transfers to my other accounts. I confirmed the correct account with the banker and confirmation deposits. The transfer was denied. I came into the branch to see why, and they told me I need to provide them bank statements from the account I was trying to transfer money into to prove my ownership of the outside account. Although I shouldn’t have to do this, I did anyway. They retried the transfer which also got rejected on their end because they said the bank account was different than the one that was verified in person. On my mobile app it shows that both attempts of the transfers were to the CORRECT account. Mind you that the second transfer attempt was done in person and confirmed with the banker. The staff here are really nice, but Bank OZK is horrible for wire transfers.

Absolute thieves. They put a 12 day hold on my deposit just because they could. I didn’t pay a lot of attention when they bought out my bank a few years ago, but as it turns out they are thieves. Do not leave your money with them, they will come up with any reason to not let you have it when you need it, they would rather you not have access to your money and be stuck on the side of the road somewhere with no access to your money to get home then do the right thing and let you use YOUR money.

I bank at OZK specifically for Amanda. While the entire staff is sweet, She consistently provides service that goes above-and-beyond the normal. She is an asset to the company - I hope Corp. realizes that!! â¤ï¸

My experiences have always been awesome with Bank OZK. Recently I had a really awesome experience with Hiliary, she was extremely helpful and sweet! There's awesome work that goes on in this bank!

This trash can is a bad excuse for a bank. A terrible staff on top of a terrible management system is not the formula for an award winning bank. There are so many better options so please do not waste time and effort at this dumpster fire of a bank. Bank of the Ozarks, Bank OZK whatever you want to call it, it's still terrible and always will be. Go back to Arkansas where it always smells like meth and obesity.

Terrible service compared to other banks. This branch is never helpful, always act like everything is an inconvenience to them. Dahlonega location is great, but it's a pain to go 20 minutes out of my way for the service every customer deserves.
