do not take your car to this car wash it will scratch your paint. worst car wash ever.the owner judd as well as the manager will do nothing to fix your problem and tell you the scratch was there prior to going in the car wash. please read reviews prior to going to this car wash they will tell you everything that's said in the reviews to avoid responsibility. the manager cory even proceeded to tell my husband that on his video he seen the scratched prior to going in and pointed out a spot that didn't even have a scratch on it. do not use this place it is garbage. so many cars are going through here and not realizing there crappy machines are scratching there car until its to late. please do yourself a favor and do not give these people your money. they should be shut down for all the damage they are doing to peoples cars.

Truly the best car wash in Lumpkin! The car washing process was quick and easy (my car was left spotless!), the staff was great, and for 20$ a month, it's truly worth the money. Very underrated car wash, would recommend!

My monthly membership is So worth having! I love being able to pop right in any time I'm near that part of town and I can get my SUV all clean and pretty. The vacuums are So powerful. I literally left my last car wash place because they would not fix their vacuums. The tire clean service is such a bonus. They always look so great. And have I mentioned the vacuum yet? LoL. Seriously. They suck in good way. LoLIf you go just 2 times a month, on one of the monthly packages ,you have Already saved money so it just makes sense. And they spray off my molded floor mats for me since I can't put them in their mat cleaner because they are molded to my vehicle.Love BamBoo Car Wash.

I’m silly, I love the noise, the smell and the lights. One minute to myself and the car looks great. Same routine, young men that work here are great. Clean property, awesome service

Best car wash. The conveyor belt is perfect for my low clearance corvette. Plus carpet cleaner and pre wash. I drive 10 miles past my 2 local car washes.

This is about Bamboo Carwash in Dawsonville. I took my new rav4 through the car wash and when I pulled to the vacuum side I notice what look like chemical damage and scratches to my wheels. I spoke to an employee who then brought the “so called “ manager over. He went and checked some other cars and came back with the answer of “ you need to contact the dealership because it didn’t happen here.” I told him it wasn’t like this prior and it hasn’t even been washed before today since I purchased it in December. I didn’t even have a tag on the car. I asked for the owners name and he said he could not tell me that information. I asked for him to take my information to give to the owner so he could contact me and he said he would not do that. I proceeded to call the police to make a report to send to my insurance and that made him mad that I was doing it and he walked off. He then proceeded to y’all from approximately 6 cars down “ make sure you call the non emergency number and not 911.” When the police officer came she looked at the damage and rubbed her finger on it she said it was wax. I was so relieved. I had to then had to hunt down the manager thinking he might want to know the outcome. He finally came out and I explained to him what the officer said of which he didn’t seem to care and proceeded to give him some advise on being a manager. I told him first he should always introduce himself as he still would not tell me his name after I asked 3 times. I also advised him to know his products and to make sure his staff has them in the correct lines and at that point he walked away from me and told me to leave “his” property. i called back and the staff would not give me his name either. I happily left the property and will never go back to that location
