Very happy with the overall treatment and knowledge of both employees I delt with. A very young man who ran my car codes and the store manager (I believe) were awsome. Had my car throwing codes. bought the first round of parts (ignition coils) and made the mistake not to do the spark plugs. Came back a secondary day and got the spark plugs along with the reccomedations of getting my air and cabin filter. very glad the cabin filter was reccomended. Let's just say DO NOT put napkins in your glove box. My poor cabin filter sucked in 9 of them. I'm very glad that part was reccomnded. My car is running much smoother and Im hoping the codes don't pop back up. If they do I will take it one day at a time, but so far my baby is running very smooth now!. Thank you. Will visit again for more parts if necessary!

Well, I won't be back at this location. I heard a female employee straight up tell another employee "you aren't from here." That's not only discrimination but extremely hostile. I'll go to another location until this issue is fixed. No wonder they can't seem to keep employees at this location

Had to have a battery replaced in my car and pleased with the service of the young man Dalton with the replacement, it was after dark and replacing the new battery was somewhat of a challenge due to decreased lighting and make of my car,but he was very professional and respectful. I noticed there was not good lighting out front and would suggest better lighting for replacement of merchandise, etc. Have used Auto Zone since I moved here several years ago and overall pleased with the service

Five stars to the AutoZone staff in Dawsonville, Georgia. In particular the employee, the young man with the reddish brown hair, who was a working on the morning of Saturday, November 11. He sold and installed multiple sets of windshield wipers, back to back, and installed them while it was cold and drizzly outside. He was ever so pleasant, courteous, and extremely professional. I don’t know why everybody doesn’t shop at AutoZone, if you’re not, you really need to check it out. Regardless of what AutoZone store I’ve been in, the staff have all been very nice, very professional, and they know where to find what you need. Thank you, Dawsonville AutoZone!

Today, I had a dead battery which I needed to get jump started. Headed to AutoZone in Dawsonville, immediately. Evidently, my battery is underneath fuses (poor design) and not something some AutoZone employees are allowed to deal with (given liability/expertise). Having said that, Corey has the knowledge & experience to replace such a battery! He very efficiently replaced my battery and managed the challenge of disconnecting & reconnecting the "stuff" (my word) that was in the way. He saved me a trip to have to find some other place to go on a Sunday afternoon to replace the battery. Unfortunately, tips are not allowed (I was told), so I could not monetarily thank Corey for his work while out in the cold temps. It goes without saying that we all rely on our vehicles and when they don't start, it's more than an inconvenience. I want to personally thank Corey for getting me back in service today!

Service was slow, but I was in no hurry. Wouldn't want to be there on a busy day. I counted 4 employees, and I was the only customer. Waited over 5 minutes for them to ask if they could help(did I look lost?), but went smoothly when they did.

First, they hung up on me, then they were supposed to have ordered a part for me, but said first that I required to pay first? If which doesn't make any sense because it was on the phone. They didn't order the part but said they did, and the more expensive version that matched my car they conveniently sent back to the hub the day I was supposed to pick it up, leaving no more oarts in the store that i cou buy for my car. The only reason i rate 2 instead of one is the 2 gentleman that were at the store were very polite.

Holly was fantastic! Helped me purchase all the parts I needed, educated me on my brakes, and assisted me in making sure I had everything I needed. All of that at 9:30 at night with a beautiful smile. Thank you Holly!

The ONLY place I go for parts for my Jeep Patriot. If they don't have it they can usually get it by the next day. Sometimes I order online and just go pick my items up which is very convenient! The staff are always very helpful! And I absolutely love their tool loan program, just leave a deposit for the price of the tool or tools and you can use them up to 30 days. If you like them enough you can just keep them.

Do not let the staff touch your vehicles. Decent auto parts store zero mechanical skills. Can’t even change a light bulb correctly.

Associate Holly was absolutely amazing tonight, helping me and my twin sister. She went above and beyond to help us figure out our bad brake light and even helped install the new piece. She was an absolute delight to talk to. We look forward to seeing her again. Amazing job!!! ?
