The AT&T store in Dawsonvillw has employed a wizard (Stephen) and his apprentice (Conner) or the other way around, but they both were very knowledgeable and experienced in cell phones.I turned on my phone and it was inhabited by a milionl apps that I didn't put on my phone. Not only did these gentlemen fix my problem, but Stephen sat on the floor next to me (I was in a wheelchair) and showed me how to arrange my pictures into....I can mo longer see what I'm typing so I will stop and try again later. Stephen and Conner were model employees!Ilion

I went in two nights ago close to closing time, dude told me to come back tomorrow and his manager could help me. Heath bar was right! I got me a brand new iPhone 15 max pro or whatever it’s called, for a great deal! Highly recommend this store they did a great job!

I will never go back to att again after this. This is the the worst experience I have ever had and the manager isn’t helpful at all. I would not recommend this at all straight talk is better. I would give negative if possible.

My experience at the Dawsonville AT&T was the most pleasant one I’ve had in years!!! Steven & Heath were courteous, pleasant and very helpful. They took time to explain things in an understandable way, and I was very satisfied with their job.

The lady working here all by herself was very helpful for me, *while* dealing with a rude/angry old man at the same time. Should be more than one person so she doesnt have to run it all by herself but she handles it well anyway.

On my last visit miss Breanne was a huge help and I was hoping to have the same type of help again on my second visit, boy I couldnt have been more wrong. I dealt with ‘Chris’ and the dude had an extremely bad attitude, and I like to think I’m very patient with most people but this guy seemed like he wanted me out of the store so he could go do whatever. Been a loyal customer for 25 years straight but I would rather put money in almost anyone else's pockets than that guys

I’ve gone here for years and never had bad customer service or even a bad experience… that was before until I had to deal with a shorter employee named Chris (mustve been new as I hadn’t recognized him from before) he was extremely rude, TOLD ME THE WRONG PRICE, GAVE ME THE WRONG PHONE. Now this already ticked me off but when I went to return to the store just 20 minutes later to ask him to fix this he was gone and the other employees had no idea where he went, they even checked and he was still clocked in but had left the store, I waited about 45 minutes as I really needed this fixed but had to leave because I had other plans already scheduled, the other employees apologized and mentioned he unfortunately leaves whenever he likes(clocked in) and only their boss can do anything about it. I’ve never been treated this way by any employee of any business and I WILL be switching to another provider and I WILL be spreading word of this.

Went in for just an upgrade and dealt with a shorter guy named Chris, he was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate at times too making me as a woman feel extremely uncomfortable, I even asked him to refrain from making these odd remarks and not even 2 minutes go by and I had to walk out because this guy was just plain n simply terrible. I will be switching to another service provider cause there‘s no way in hell im dealing with that CREEP ever again!!!!?

CROSSROADA AT&T Store in Dawsonville, GA. appears to be the answer to my ledite prayers!?I have been at the mercy of the ONLY AT&T Store in Dahlonega, GA.?This has been my situation for four (4) long, frustrating, being continuously disrespected, irritating, non-existent customer service, pressure selling of new phones, confusing, repeated problems, ever changing employees, outright lied to multiple times.......useless and wasted years.Unsatisfied with the constant lack of useful/ positive results from this Dahlonega store, I occasionally drove 45 minutes to a neighboring city to try and solve my AT&T phone/ AT&T twice monthly billing problems, and never ending operational questions (where is the phone Users Manual?) This drive was not a satisfactory solution so I was prisoner of this local Dahlonega store.Then EVERYTHING CHANGED 100% on my 1st visit to the newly opened Dawsonville Crossroads AT&T Store, AND working with a superlative employee: Dustin D. I was in the process of changing server companies (with multiple lines, users, and services at my home) but tried this AT&T Store in final desperate efforts. What a great choice!The Dawsonville Crossroads AT&T Store was like entering the land of milk and honey: bright and roomystore; inventory spread out; pleasant low background music; and multiple eager, enthusiastic, FRIENDLY, knowledgeable/skillful, positive results-producing employees who acknowledged me as soon as I crossed the threshold of this store. AT&T Representative DUSTIN D. was a welcomed breath of fresh air in the middle of AT&T's smoke and pollution.DUSTIN D. TRULY compassionately listened to the problems I was having with my (yet another) new Samsung phone (#3 in 36 months). He asked me questions about the phone service to date and allowed me to show him the problem instead of taking my phone, turning his back and swiftly start punching the screen.DUSTIN D. explained and demonstrated to me what he was doing to diagnose and treat the problems I was continually having with my phone and phone service.DUSTIN D. immediately corrected a billing and a phone plan problem that was previously labeled "unfixable" and "get over it."DUSTIN D. suggested steps to correct my non-useable and non-functioning (but paid for monthly) Direct TV service. I am beyond excited at the prospect of actually using the screening packages available (and being paid for) with my TV.DUSTIN D. and me made and an appointment to meet again with m to evaluate the outcome of all of the corrective measures being implemented (and mentioned above). Imagine that: effective, courteous follow through AND follow up! What a brilliant idea!This man is a genius!Prayerfully our home will FINALLY have functioning phone and TV services that were promised, contracted and paid for over the past four years.I don't anticipate returning to this Google app site to remove or contradict my words of praise and admiration for DUSTIN D. or my recent Dawsonville Crossroads AT&T Store experience.I highly recommend investing in this store and extreamly competent employees ESPECIALLY DUSTIN D.?
