“This apartment complex has a great management team, which really makes a difference. They’re super responsive and easy to talk to. We’ve lived here for five months now and have always felt safe, even when walking around at night. I think the simple layout helps, since every apartment is easily accessible from a sidewalk.
They also organize little events by the pool or out on the green, which is a nice way to meet your neighbors. The grounds are always clean and well maintained with nice landscaping. There are even a couple of outdoor grills and hammocks out on the green.
We don't have a pet, but I’ve noticed there’s a dog park for those who do. As for our apartment, I have no complaints! We’re on the first floor by the green and get to enjoy a beautiful sunset almost every evening :)”

“We have lived here at Covey Homes Dawson Ridge for over a year and we have been more than satisfied with the management and the maintenance personnel. Matthew and Richard address maintenance issue very quickly. Hunter and Nikki are always available to answer any questions or concerns we might have in a timely manner. These are the very reasons we love living here at Covey Homes Dawson Ridge!!!!”
