5/5 stars for being a friendly ups drop off location. I always make sure to find something to buy when I come in to drop off my ebay sales. Picked up some griots ceramic wax today, looking forward to putting on the bike. Thanks again!

Ordered wiper blades online, went by after work and they put them on for me and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. Friendly people and very professional.

Maybe the worst auto parts store in Dawsonville and north Forsyth. I made an online purchase with in store pick up for rotors. Got the rotors home and car up on the jacks only to find out the rotors were a different size. I double checked and the website said exact fit for my vehicle. Ended up taking the rotors back to the store. Employee named Kyle seemed annoyed about the return but found the correct size and we compare to the old rotor I took in. Refund was issued for the original in store pick up. However when the new rotors were rang up Kyle didn't apply my 15% discount that I used online. When I asked him to apply the same discount he refused saying the store has to deal with online issues such as mine and he couldn't not honor the same discount. I even showed him on my phone I could buy now and return in 30 minutes and would get the discount. I told Kyle that if he could help me while I was in store then I wouldn't shop here anymore. Kyle just looked at me and said have a nice day! Avoid this store and company at all cost. Autozone is better off Keith bridge or if you have time order online from rockauto. Stay away from advanced

Called to ask if they had a part, told me they had two in stock. I made the drive out there for the part where they told me they couldn't find it and to come back tomorrow where they'll find it by then, after that the guy with the grey hair talked to me like I didn't know about my own car. Maybe he was just upset because I disturbed him while he was on his phone when I came in.

Kyle really helped me out today he deserves a better pay or something because he guided me step by step and took extra time out of his shift to really explain to me a lot of different stuff. And if you don’t know Kyle “you can find everything on youtube”

I’ve normally had great experience with advanced auto parts until today. No customer service and when I walked to the counter to ask a question, employee got up and went away. Every employee ignored customers. Left and went to auto zone.

Nobody is answering my calls. I get an advertisement od advance auto parts phone rings and nobody picks up and it takes me back to the advance auto ad its been 20 minutes no answer.

They are idiots. Bought a battery online November 2019. Battery died multiple times over the 3 years, finally has a dead cell. EDIT - Let me add a little preface about Miss Piggy Amber, she was already a C U Next Tuesday, early this morning with no provocation. She made my wife angry, which isn't easy to do, unless you are me. I'd guess Lil miss piggy has a terrible life and has no way to exact revenge on her puny miserable existence except to f*** customers who haven't done a thing. Still you all wonder why people get so pissed! Because you are f****** idiots! Idiots with an attitude on top of that! I'd rather buy my car parts from a f****** MCDONALDS before I EVER step foot or visit their website again. What a f****** classless non-procedure following bunch of f*** ups. Oh yeah, and Ron I remember you from months ago, your the stupid delivery driver who can't even be asked a question without "IM JUST THE DRIVER YOU HAVE TO WAIT" I'd wager that Ron the snowflake is lacking in the peepee department. What a moron. - END EDITUpon taking it back to the store, little Miss Amber, who doesn't understand store procedure, scanned a three year old receipt and sent money to a card nor bank we have any longer. She did not attempt to ask if we wanted a replacement. Then she stated she couldn't just swap it out, which is bullshit.Calling corporate and told them what transpired. Funny enough 20 minutes later corporate comes back with some story lil miss amber told, which was a lie, and now they are willing to replace my battery on the spot, where as before it was "oh, well you have to contact that bank"!Who the hell does this stupid s**** Dumbasses. Then you got Ron the snowflake who says they cannot give out manager or regional mananger numbers, to which that angered me. I started yelling that "yeah because this d*** woman just scans a f****** receipt......" click.Snowflake Ron hung up like a coward. You all literally didnt do your job and put so much stress on a customer who just wanted his warranty so he could GO TO WORK. Ill NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SNOWFLAKE RON AND MISS PIGGY AMBER. THEY ARE TERRIBLE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEN WONDER WHY SOMEONE WOULD CUSS AT THEM. YOU MESS WITH SOMEONES LIFE, WHAT DO YOU EXPECT. NEVER AGAIN.

Go anywhere but here. Particular members of the staff who’s name i won’t include are always rude and seem like they don’t want to be there. If you don’t like retail then get a different job or get a better attitude.

I had a 2 second question. The older guy working there looked up at me and very rudely said its going to be awhile, I got to get the truck going and stood up and walked away. So I walked out and won't be back.

I went in to try to buy motor oil, & I didn't know how much I needed for an oil change. After he helped me figure it out he wanted to sell me individual 1 qt bottled. I tried asking if he had one in a larger bottle only to get ignored. It felt like he didn't want me there, so I left. I went back days later with my husband, thinking he would talk to him. But he was more rude to him. He asked for the motor oil & if he could check why the engine light is on. After seeing the codes for the engine light, we asked him what that meant & he told us that he didn't know & for us to go home & Google it. We both stood there, stunned, as he walked inside & looked out the window & laughed at us.
