This place is bad business and doesn't represent Adidas well at all. I have been in three times in the last 6 months, because I like Adidas gear. Each time I went in, I collected about $500 worth of product that I wanted to try on. When I asked for a fitting room the first time, I was told they do not allow anyone in the fitting room in the last hour of business. When I pointed out it was still open for two hours, I was still told no. I put everything back and left. I then went and spent the money at Under Armour and was allowed to try everything on. The next time the situation was exactly the same except there was about 45 minutes to closing. I put everything back and left. The third time, there was three hours until closing and I was still told the fitting rooms were closed. When I asked why, I was told they "have been having a lot of trouble back there", I assume maybe it was a theft problem, I really don't know, but again, I put hundreds of dollars worth of clothing back and left. I went to the Nike store in the same outlet mall. When I had my hands full of stuff I wanted to try on, an employee came and asked me if I needed a fitting room. Yup, sure did. She set me up and I spent about $500 at Nike. The funny thing is, I never really went to Nike for anything, but because of the service, I tried everything on, and like it much better than Adidas. Adidas made a Nike customer out of me. I won't go back to this Adidas store. But, I will go back to the Under Armour and Nike stores. While I sympathize with whatever retail theft issue Adidas had, I have to ask, is Nike and UA not having the same, but dealing with it in a good business sense. Adidas = Bad business practices. Plus the kids are rude there, and the music in the place is nothing short of vulgar, music with lots of cussing and derogatory lyrics. Get it together Adidas. Your losing loyal customers for lack of business sense.

Although visiting this outlet on a Sunday may not be the world's best shopping trip timeline, the store was organized, clean, well stocked and staffed. On this Sunday everything in the store was 50% off apparel and shoes. I immediately headed to the back wall where they had clearance items. The shopping gods complied and I found an amazing pair of kicks in my size. I grabbed them, tried them on, and off to the check out line. Lots of cashiers moved me along quickly. Thanks Adidas outlet for allowing this Gen X'er to look like a baddie.

Oh my gosh! The line was to the back of the store and it curved. The store was so packed that you could barely move to look around. Plus, the sale wasn't good enough for me to wait in the line had I found anything. I sat down down my family shopped. I was told that if you found a jacket, there were no pants and vice versa. We left due to the long line and limited inventory.

I just had the worst experience at this store the manger seemed like he was under the influence of something or just really not smart at all. Oshen was very rude, uneducated, and a kid that seemed like he didn't understand how to speak properly and understand word's that adults would say. I'll be calling corporate about this man. There is no reason a manager should be verbally abusive to a person.
