I had a great experience at the for all mankind 7 outlet store at Premium Georgia outlets. A kind and attentive lady greeted us and asked us if we were looking for anything specific. I asked her about the length of the jeans and she proceeded to tell me that a lot of their styles run long. I was so excited!!! She asked me about my preferences in style and feel and soon after she began to bring out different styles for me to try on. I ended up purchasing three pairs of jeans and two tops instead of just one pair as I planned. I forgot to ask for her name, but I'm looking forward to going back for another enjoyable shopping trip.
Please let her know that my husband and I really enjoyed our time there and the attention she gave us. She was awesome!!! (Today is Saturday May 13th and it was about 5:15 pm)

The previous experience with this shop was pleasant and the staff were helpful. Recently their new staff (a male and a female) were very cold and didn’t provide any help. They didn’t greet the customers and stayed silent the entire time. Won’t go back anymore.

I love north Georgia premium outlet overall. I always have a great shopping experience. While visiting this store we weren’t greeted or helped at all and we were in there for a minute. The store wasn’t busy at all and it was maybe five people in the store all together. All the salespeople were standing around the desk and they weren’t acknowledging anyone. I was ready to shop but refuse to buy anything where I’m not feeling welcomed. Great store but bad customer service.

The staff here is very friendly and they always are extremely helpful and catering to all my needs, even when they're short staffed and don't have enough hands for everyone. They are always going above and beyond and help me find deals on jeans that I love. Really love this place!

They are very unfriendly, kind of rude and disrespectful to customers. Me and my girlfriend came to this store today to check out some jeans. There is a male sale person who rushed to whatever stack of jeans that we touched to reorganize them even though we didn't make any mess out of them. The way he acted are very rude to a customers point of view. When we finally got a pairs that my girlfriend like and went to fitting room to try it on. A female helper came to the room right after and ask everything's ok? I told her that my girlfriend just got in but she still ask again that we need any help? I told her again that she needs time to try it on before she knows how what kind of help she need. She acted as if we came there to steal their merchandise.These peoples have a horrible customer services. Will never come to this store again. The manager of this store should read the reviews on this to see how their employees treat customers and why customers turn away from them.

I desperately needed some good pairs of jeans. Tonya greeted me with hospitality and her knowledge of which type of jeans suit for different body types amazed me.She offered me great options and not being pushy for the sales. She even wrote me a “Thank You” card. How thoughtful. Thank you Tonya. :)

Watch out for this place. They do not allow returns. Everything is a final buy. There is a very small sign by the register that says that. When I told her that no one told me about the policy her response was “Well you can’t expect us to tell every customer that you cannot get a refund.” Really? If that is your policy than that is exactly what I expect. Terrible!

Definitely worth the drive! They have great deals running on jeans, but the customer service makes stopping by worth it! The staff are very knowledgeable on the styles and washes of various jeans. If you're unsure about sizing, etc, they will work with you. We had a great experience with Levi! Will be back for sure!

Awesome store... great sales... impressed with selection of styles and of sizes. But, MOST OF ALL, the customer service is outstanding!! This is posted under my husband's name, but I am the one who shopped at this location for the first time a couple of weeks ago. The young lady (Ashleigh) who waited on me was genuinely helpful and attentive, and I was blown away when I walked in 14 days later to make an exchange and she recognized me and greeted me so warmly. She said that, if I were thinking about the pair I'd left behind last time, they were still available... she actually remembered before I said anything. I'm old to enough to well recall what customer service used to be like and the current lack of it almost anywhere. This was truly a breath of fresh air, and I look forward to shopping there again... don't even mind the drive. Retail needs more "Ashleighs"!!

Had a very good experience shopping here. Customer service was very helpful, and probably the best selection of denim I've found for 7 For All Mankind. They've been open since December 2018, and there are no other 7 For All Mankind outlets in the Atlanta area.
