Awful customer service, extremely rude and unprofessional employee whom I assume is the postmaster. Told me that they will withhold and return all future mail to sender.

Whoever is the delivery driver for the oak creek apartments route in Dawson GA is constantly putting the wrong mail in others mail box. I’ve been waiting on important mail so I signed up for informed delivery it shows that the mail should’ve been delivered. Whoever this driver is should take their time and do their job right (because that’s what you get paid for) or find another one.

I only get about half or less of what is mailed to me and sometimes it has been opened.Much of the mail that is put in my box isn't even mine.I recently ordered a package from eBay and had it sent to the Sasser post office since it is 100 yards from my home.It arrived days ago but the Dawson postal carrier picked it up and I haven't gotten it.This is the reason that the USPS is struggling to stay afloat.I would have given minus zero stars if I could have.

Frank Davis is the BEST postal worker EVER!!!!! My Grandkids ask me all the time “ did you go see Mr. Frank today? “ They knew that if I went to see Mr. Frank that in a few days they would be getting a package from me. Mr. Frank Davis is a polite and friendly helpful employee. The Postal Service did everything RIGHT when they hired Mr. FRANK DAVIS!!!

No stars! Haven’t seen mail in two weeks but they say everything is normal. Update: They found all my mail...their stock just went back up to flawless!! Patience IS a virtue.

I've yet to have a good experience at a USPS. They require face masks for all customers because of the current COVID-19 pandemic. I love to see a mask requirement, but why require the customers to wear the when the ghetto employees don't even wear them. The employee also charged me about $7.50 for small envelope to mail out. I run an online business and if I purchased that label online, it wouldn't been under $3. I'm not sure what it is with post offices having horrible employees, but this location leads up to that expectation.

I just want to thank the staff at the Dawson Post Office, particularly Ms. B.J. Florida. I had a package that was delivered but couldn't be found. Ms. Florida not only tracked the package, she followed up with a phone call to give me specific GPS information about the delivery. Great Job B.J.! I really appreciate the prompt and thorough job you did in helping me resolve the issue.
