April and Tina provide outstanding customer service. I recently had a package take a detour causing it to take a while to arrive and was provided little details on its movement. As soon as I was connected with this local post office I had new updates within hours and a successful delivery the next day. They went above and beyond!

Walked in for 3 passport appts @ 9:02, the time it took for us to get from our car to the counter. We were told we were too late and couldn't be helped because our appt was at 9:00, despite there not being another soul inside the post office except us. Seems like to me someone just didn't feel like doing their job that day.Horrible customer service. The worst.

they suck they don't know how to read or they are in a hurry and don't care this is the second time that I never got my package now I have to try and track it down and just maybe fine it hopefully for it's meds. for my dogs. one mad customer

The only decent person that works in this post office is the lady with the tattoos. Sorry I don’t know her name, but she is the only friendly person there. The rest pick and choose who they help and don’t help. That’s ok though. Karma.......

This is an antiquated little post office. No automation. They do not have any commemorative stamps (not even one). If you have a service issue, they cannot address it here. You have to take your complaint to the downtown Savannah post office.
