I'm so impressed with this bank in our small town of Darien, GA. First of all, it's a beautiful building inside and out. I feel like the lobby is never over-crowded, so service is swift and efficient. My favorite thing was the curbside service provided to my elderly mother by Tracy. She went above and beyond so that my mom didn't have to enter the building during Covid. I opened a second account here so that I had a local bank and I'm so glad I did! (and side note---my puppy loves that they give doggy treats at the drive-thru!) Highly recommend Heritage Bank of Darien!

Love this bank!!! We opened an account a few weeks ago and Melissa D was so amazing. The entire process was quick and painless. Employees / banks like this make you feel valued as a person - not just an account number. When they heard our Mother passed away, they actually sent a condolence card signed by the local staff members. As a sidenote, Southeastern Bank - formerly Darien Bank - who my parents have banked with for over 40 years have proven themselves to have fallen away from this small town, personal bank experience in the last few months. See that review. Like most banks - The Heritage Bank offers online banking and they have at least one free* checking account option. They have a sister branch in Brunswick (and a few other places) making it pretty convenient. The only thing I wish they offered and don't - is a half day on Saturdays or late evening hours at least one day a week. For folks that work Mon - Fri from 8 - 5pm, it can be struggle to visit a bank with limited hours. Hopefully, they will offer Saturday hours soon. I recently had the opportunity to talk with Jordan and she was great too - patient, sweet and friendly. I look forward to many years of happy banking with The Heritage Bank.

I love my bank. Me and my husband has been banking with them for years. They have an app that lets me know everything that comes from my account. They are always very courteous and acknowledges me when I come in or go through the drive thru. I recommend banking here.
