I had stopped at a gas station, on the way back from Jacksonville to SC, after leaving the Mayo Clinic, and the metal door on my car to the gas tank would not open. The All Pro people got it open for me, and I was able to get the gas and get home safely. If this had happened to me at night I don't know what I would have done. “I wish there was an option to rate a place supreme and above all because the owner of this shop, David, is the most amazing mechanic I have ever dealt with and I've dealt with many.My sister in law and I were on our way to FL when our car broke down near Darien, GA on a Sunday. We googled nearby shops and eventually ended up at David's shop. Before we connected with David, we encountered few other amazing people who went out their way to help us, staff at O'Reilly, couple we met at O'Reilly who tried to fix the car, Chad who worked so hard to help us, and Jerry who initially and correctly identified the issue. Everyone of them went out their way to help us despite its being their day off. We left the car with Chad and went for lunch, when we returned to pick up the car we were informed that they need to order a part and it won't arrive until the next day. We got really anxious being in an unfamiliar town with no car. To our surprise Chad told us that they've already arranged an uber ride and discounted hotel accommodations for us. We were picked up by the uber driver (I wish I remembered his name, he was so empathetic and refused to change us for the ride). When we got to the hotel, the staff was already aware of us and told us that they were contacted and asked to give us discounted rate.Moreover, David reached out to us later in the evening and offered to bring us some food because he was concerned that we were stuck in the hotel without a car.David worked restlessly on our car, drove all over town to pick up car parts, patiently spoke and explained the problem to both of our husbands and once the car was fixed he came to pick us up from the hotel to take us back to the shop. And the most impressive part of all this was that David did not take advantage of us by over charging us, we were astonished by the reasonable amount we were charged.Every single person we've interacted with in the town was absolutely amazing. If I'd lived near by David, Chad and Jerry would be my go to people, so if you live near by or passing through and need a mechanic they're your best option.”
